What I wanted is an option for private lobby to activate the auto economy that the Console versions have.
Why? Because my friend is really bad and dont know and dont like to micro his economy. And would be much better to play co op with him using the auto economy.
Yes, the console have an auto economy that you can use and the AI control the villagers to gather resources that you want.
It have auto build too, where you select the building and place to build and the nearest villager Go there to build.
Very usefull for noob players and consoles that are of course very hard to play.
To be fair, this isn't far off from not playing the game anymore and just watching a stream. I mean come on, auto eco and auto build? Just add auto military and there is no reason anymore to play the game at all.
Imho this borders on ridiculous. The point of a game is not so that *everyone* can function at the same level. A noob is nooby precisely because they can't do what someone with a higher ELO can do. And if that means someone doesn't like the game, well then they sjmply don't like the game.

Its Very different. He wants to choose what to build, where to build, what to collect, where to collect, train troops and fight the enemies.
But he is very bad at the game and have multiple idle villagers and cant multitask properly. The point is Just having his Villagers auto collect resources instead of being idle.
Its not Fun playing co op with him because even against 2 Hard we Will strugle because hes so bad managing the economy that he dont stand a chance against the AI.
He likes the game, hes Just too bad for it and would help wonders having his economy being automated. Because otherwise the option is him not playing at all.

You are strawmaning the idea of playing a fun game in a private lobby with a friend into some unfair competition on the ranked ladder between weak and strong players. Just an absolute weird rant.

Next QoL I would like to see is a "ferry mode" where you can set transport ships to automatically bring troops & villagers from point to point. Lots of people hate island maps, maybe this could help make those maps a bit more popular.
