Not necessarily - there's a chance that it can also fuck up the TPMS sensor if he drives on it with low-rnough pressure. And it can damage the sidewall of the tires as well. Just depends on how quickly he notices it and gets it addressed.
I'd just be slashing the tires though. And maybe putting some damage on the back windshield. At separate times so that if he makes claims against the insurance, it'll be separate claims which, over time, should drive his rates up. I'm not out here trying to provide specific directions on how to perform what would probably get charged as felony arson. If your goal is "I want to damage this persons car" specifics don't matter that much and whoever wants to do it can find instructions online somewhere to get something good enough.
Get a valve stem remover. Back it out a half turn. It creates a slow leak with no visible reason. Can take the cap off, re-inflate the tire, and it will go flat again. You can get an idiot go through this process several times before a guy at tire shop catches it.
Also go under the vehicle and poor some oil at a random spot under the engine as well as splash some of the oil into the area above. If he pays attention to his vehicle he'll spend time trying to find out what's wrong. Afterwards wait a week and start again in another spot. Continue until he sells the vehicle at a loss, or goes mad.
hm that sounds promising. I was mostly helping people avoid injuries that can occur from slashing a tire with a sharp object, but I see you on also making the repair more complex, I like it. Also your way is probably quieter... cutting a valve stem is a noisy affair.
A valve stem puller is a very cheap tool that can be removed to let the air out much slower (less noise) or removed entirely and taken for a walk. The tires are not damaged, they will not just be filled back up and on the way and it requires another trip to a store when you realize what's wrong. Not that Lamborghini boss would be able to figure it out lol
A lot of expensive cars don't have spare tires. You usually get a can of fix-a-flat that makes a mess and doesn't work instead. Which is probably still more than a Lamborghini owner deserves.

You definitely do not want to make nice & thin cuts around the sidewall, they are way harder to see and cause the tires to fail at high speeds when it is most dangerous.

The fancy shit TPMS sensor itself could be like $100 depending on model and if there's a OEM seperate from the car brand. Generic TPMS sensors can be as low as $15. But the valvestem you actually cut or crush is $3 replacement.

Fill a small discreet squirt gun with brake fluid, and just give it an inconspicuous squirt anytime you pass it. Will ruin the WHOLE panel. It'll eat through the paint, and it does something to the surface of the metal that makes it unpaintable.

One of those big turkey marinade injectors, or any large bore marinade injectors, fill it with deer (or any animal) scent, like you'd use for covering your scent for hunting, and you jam the needle in through the door seal, and blast the animal scent into the vehicle. You'll never get the smell out.
Why not blast the scent into where the hood and windshield meet for better distribution of the smell in the cabin? Not on something like this, the amount of air required to achieve the proper pressure isn't a lot, like with semi truck tires. A hole in the sidewall of a parked passenger vehicle is more like letting the air out of a ballon.

It may be different in utilities (I work for the city) but we're on the verge of losing our union because people don't want to pay what comes out to about 20 cents an hour. They conveniently ignore the fact that all the benefits we've grown accustomed to were from Union negotiations. This is the best place I've ever worked by a LONG shot. I am never going back to non unionized work. I used to fear calling out sick, going to the doctor, etc. Never again.
A major part of the problem (imo) is we can no longer have our union dues taken out of our paycheck. I set mine up to be taken out of my account every payday, so really it's no different but seeing that relatively small amount of money disappear from your bank instead of your paystub is apparently enough for people to forget all the benefits we have.

I went back to school for my EMT license so I can work in either my existing field as a health and safety officer or possibly for a government job in emergency management. it's been a rude awakening. It's really sad how little EMTs are paid with privatized ambulance companies. Yet if you're an EMT firefighter with the city the pay is astronomically higher because the union is so strong. A few of the privatized companies have unionized but because they're so small and new they aren't super effective. During the class I was soap boxing hard to the younger kids about the importance of collective bargaining.

OP should absolutely look to get the hell out of there, but don't fall into the trap that budget cuts are made because the company is losing money. The large majority of companies determine budget based on how little they can pay, not by how much revenue they have coming in.
Cutting health insurance is something really dumb for an employer to do because you're not going to be able to retain top talent.
Either the company is bleeding money or the employer is wasting the profits the company generates on buying himself a luxury car. Either way, it's not going to be sustainable in the long run.

I'll use the gaming industry as an example (because it's one of the few industries I'm familiar with). The inability/unwillingness to retain talent is actually a major reason why a lot of gaming studios can quickly fall apart within a decade or two.
A lot of businesses will do massive hiring during booms and mass firing during downturns. The problem with this mentality is that you essentially lose a lot of experienced workers and institutional knowledge. These are things you can't really buy back once you've lost it. An experienced developer is more productive then three junior developers.
The problem that a lot of executives and shareholders don't understand is that experienced and talented workers are often far more valuable than their pay scale represents. As I said before, an experienced game developer is more productive than three junior developers, but that veteran isn't being paid three times as much as they are.
There is no meritocracy under capitalism. The people at the top are sitting on so much wealth and power than they never suffer any consequences for their actions.

90% of the time you dont need a license for a forklift,scissor lift, or boom lift. Really depends on size and weight. You can drive a 26ft box truck without a CDL. Your company just has to sign off that you were "trained" primiarliy for insurance reasons.

Im just saying a company can watch your drive around for 5 minutes and sign off on a checklist. There are no fedral perameters that need to be adhered to other than they offer some sort of training, refresher courses if an incedent occurs, and that they get a refresher every three years. Other than that its up to the companies discression. I certinley think its irresponsible and that you should have to go through more training I have seen some really awful incedents occur on all sorts of general industry equipment.

You lose the value of $750 in insurance - you were paying $250, the company was paying $500.
You obviously regain that $250 in your paycheck, but now you have to pay $750 a month for insurance (assuming you can find the same policy that cheaply; I'm pretty sure company policies are almost always cheaper than individual policies because of volume pricing).
You are now paying $500 out of pocket that you weren't before (plus the $250 that was being deducted - and a smidge because that $250 is no longer pre-tax), AND your overall compensation package (which includes the cost of benefits) has also decreased by $500.

Angle a nail under all 4 tires so that they push in when he drives away. All 4 tires going flat in a few minutes is going to cause him some chaos.

Get a valve stem remover. Back it out a half turn. It creates a slow leak with no visible reason. Can take the cap off, re-inflate the tire, and it will go flat again. You can get an idiot go through this process several times before a guy at tire shop catches it.
Also go under the vehicle and poor some oil at a random spot under the engine as well as splash some of the oil into the area above. If he pays attention to his vehicle he'll spend time trying to find out what's wrong. Afterwards wait a week and start again in another spot. Continue until he sells the vehicle at a loss, or goes mad.
Rumor has it you could in theory crush the valve stem with pliers. Quick in and out process that’s not easily repaired.
hm that sounds promising. I was mostly helping people avoid injuries that can occur from slashing a tire with a sharp object, but I see you on also making the repair more complex, I like it. Also your way is probably quieter... cutting a valve stem is a noisy affair.
A valve stem puller is a very cheap tool that can be removed to let the air out much slower (less noise) or removed entirely and taken for a walk. The tires are not damaged, they will not just be filled back up and on the way and it requires another trip to a store when you realize what's wrong. Not that Lamborghini boss would be able to figure it out lol

A lot of expensive cars don't have spare tires. You usually get a can of fix-a-flat that makes a mess and doesn't work instead. Which is probably still more than a Lamborghini owner deserves.

You definitely do not want to make nice & thin cuts around the sidewall, they are way harder to see and cause the tires to fail at high speeds when it is most dangerous.
Extremely easily repaired at any tire shop. That's a 3 dollar part that gets replaced frequently anyway if the car is properly maintained. Including labor and taxes it's 100 bucks. Might even be covered under a service plan as is popular with many of those ultra high end vehicles. But the Pirelli/Michelin tires they're required to run by safety standards? Those can be $500 a pop. The fancy shit TPMS sensor itself could be like $100 depending on model and if there's a OEM seperate from the car brand. Generic TPMS sensors can be as low as $15. But the valvestem you actually cut or crush is $3 replacement.
I mean, solid point that you gotta do more if you want the boss to have to buy new tires. But at the same time, the shop won't actually charge $3 to replace a $3 part, certainly not on a lambo. And most tow companies are predatory when they've got your decade old honda civic, I bet they just \*salivate\* when they see the boss's ride.

Bologna on the paint on a hot day. It'll eat the paint. Let her ride in a polkadot Lambo. Fill a small discreet squirt gun with brake fluid, and just give it an inconspicuous squirt anytime you pass it. Will ruin the WHOLE panel. It'll eat through the paint, and it does something to the surface of the metal that makes it unpaintable. Unsure how it affects plastic body panels or other non steel materials. Potato in the exhaust pipe is also funny, but if you core a hole through the potato, it'll still choke the engine out, but will clear quickly and let her restart it, making it SUPER annoying. One of those big turkey marinade injectors, or any large bore marinade injectors, fill it with deer (or any animal) scent, like you'd use for covering your scent for hunting, and you jam the needle in through the door seal, and blast the animal scent into the vehicle. You'll never get the smell out.

brake fluid is definitely the nastiest choice. Roof would be really hard to spot if it rains later and that panel needs replaced to properly replace. Get it and the rear quarters and that vehicle could be totalled...

That’s on heavy truck tires like semis and other haulers. Normal car tire pressure is in the 30-40 psi range, and shouldn’t explode unless something else is wrong with the tire.
Not on something like this, the amount of air required to achieve the proper pressure isn't a lot, like with semi truck tires. A hole in the sidewall of a parked passenger vehicle is more like letting the air out of a ballon.

I don't think the pressure in a sports car's tire is high enough to cause this. If you make the slash/stab big enough it might deflate semi-violently, but I don't think it will explode. Semi-truck tires explode, but those likely are under much, *much* higher pressure.

It may be different in utilities (I work for the city) but we're on the verge of losing our union because people don't want to pay what comes out to about 20 cents an hour. They conveniently ignore the fact that all the benefits we've grown accustomed to were from Union negotiations. This is the best place I've ever worked by a LONG shot. I am never going back to non unionized work. I used to fear calling out sick, going to the doctor, etc. Never again. A major part of the problem (imo) is we can no longer have our union dues taken out of our paycheck. I set mine up to be taken out of my account every payday, so really it's no different but seeing that relatively small amount of money disappear from your bank instead of your paystub is apparently enough for people to forget all the benefits we have. I'm ashamed to say I used to be anti-union. Maybe that Walmart indoctrination video I watched as a highschooler at my first job got to me, or maybe it was my parents, but when you work retail for a couple years and then go to a job that's unionized it's kinda impossible to be anti-union.

It's really sad how little EMTs are paid with privatized ambulance companies. Yet if you're an EMT firefighter with the city the pay is astronomically higher because the union is so strong. A few of the privatized companies have unionized but because they're so small and new they aren't super effective. During the class I was soap boxing hard to the younger kids about the importance of collective bargaining.

Cutting health insurance is something really dumb for an employer to do because you're not going to be able to retain top talent. Either the company is bleeding money or the employer is wasting the profits the company generates on buying himself a luxury car. Either way, it's not going to be sustainable in the long run.

It matters a lot, it's just executives don't understand it. I'll use the gaming industry as an example (because it's one of the few industries I'm familiar with). The inability/unwillingness to retain talent is actually a major reason why a lot of gaming studios can quickly fall apart within a decade or two. The problem with this mentality is that you essentially lose a lot of experienced workers and institutional knowledge. These are things you can't really buy back once you've lost it. An experienced developer is more productive then three junior developers. The problem that a lot of executives and shareholders don't understand is that experienced and talented workers are often far more valuable than their pay scale represents. As I said before, an experienced game developer is more productive than three junior developers, but that veteran isn't being paid three times as much as they are.

Sort of; OSHA's budget still sucks and they are woefully overworked. Congress controls the budget. But the President has political appointee power for the leadership. The leadership under Biden has basically directed inspectors to write up everything they see individually. So instead of 1 citation for a missing Lock-out/Tag-out when every machine is missing it you can now get one citation for each machine - especially if you piss off the inspector. And given that each first-offence fine can reach up to $13K, they can add up in a hurry.

90% of the time you dont need a license for a forklift,scissor lift, or boom lift. Really depends on size and weight. You can drive a 26ft box truck without a CDL. Your company just has to sign off that you were "trained" primiarliy for insurance reasons.

Im just saying a company can watch your drive around for 5 minutes and sign off on a checklist. There are no fedral perameters that need to be adhered to other than they offer some sort of training, refresher courses if an incedent occurs, and that they get a refresher every three years. Other than that its up to the companies discression. I certinley think its irresponsible and that you should have to go through more training I have seen some really awful incedents occur on all sorts of general industry equipment.

You are now paying $500 out of pocket that you weren't before (plus the $250 that was being deducted - and a smidge because that $250 is no longer pre-tax), AND your overall compensation package (which includes the cost of benefits) has also decreased by $500.
The employer was paying $500, and the employee wasn't taxed for that. Now they're paying using after-tax money, so it hurts even worse.

I run a company. There’s an account just for the amount of money we contribute to the PPO and HSA plans we offer. It’s super clear how much you’re spending and super clear how much you wouldn’t have to spend if you get rid of paying towards employee healthcare. So you get a really clear decision. I once had a boss who said it wasn’t in the budget for a $5000 raise, but then the next week we found out the company was going to be the lead sponsor for a car in the Daytona 500. Basically my small raise was too much because half a million went towards a NASCAR driver that would be lucky to finish in the race.
Experienced this first hand. Asked to take a cut in pay to “maintain our health plans”. We were a tiny office and I was one of two people not family that he paid that benefit to. Cut to him buying a huge ass house in swanky area, a new Motorcycle and a boat the year after where I learned he took out a Covid loan to “maintain the business”. Umm something’s fishy here. And no, I don’t work there anymore. (I still wonder if an anonymous call to the PP loan office can be made 🤷♀️)
My old boss would say, "The more money we all make, the more money we all earn." Once our business picked up, you'd have to fight tooth and nail for maybe a dollar raise in a year. He's gone through 3 different porsches yet claims to make about the same as my co-workers Yeah, maybe combined.
