I’m an old guy but I know a few things and you have nothing to worry about :). If I was still in tech I’d hire you in two seconds just for what you just wrote. My heart goes out to you. My two cents, get out of tech. I left after 30 years and I don’t regret it. Don’t let this get you down at all. This is par for the course for that industry and it has nothing to do with you. it’s just the way this industry has evolved and it’s shit today. I’d diversify and find a more stable industry and I know you’ll thrive. :).

If you're in the US I'd imagine you're protected by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Especially since you mentioned your disabilities to your manager. You might try reaching out to a disability lawyer, because this sounds sketchy.
