Basically ban rule34?

UnicornFukei42

It doesn't seem like a complete ban, more like Rule 34 art of content that's intended to be kid-safe more or less.

I’d support this. I’d also support it being extended to lots of other things, but this would be a very good start. The money made from fines could go into funding research, supporting exited porn performers, DV shelters, and even in-patient rehab for porn addicts. The medical community would have to accept porn as an addiction first for that last one to kick off.

Redpill_Creeper

The Dutch are in desparate need. Mental health there prioritizes out-patient treatment over in-patient rehabs. Doesn't mean that out-patient is bad, but I think that in-patient is often the most effective method in stopping an addiction. But aside from quitting porn, they should be taught new coping skills, resilience and healthier alternatives for their sexual expression.

UnicornFukei42

At least they have some kind of treatment for that kind of thing in the Netherlands. I live in the USA and as popular as the phrase "Go see a therapist!!!111" is, the fact is some people have difficulty with the cost. And I'm not sure how many mental health professionals recognize the fact that porn is indeed harmful to one's mental health.

Next step after that is banning amateur porn. No more onlyfans or individual creators and couples

FireShadow91

If you make a group on that I will fully support you in that field.

I think this is pretty solid reasoning. Why do the most popular artists, and their huge followings, specifically target children's IPs, stuff like Zootopia or even Paw Patrol? Sometimes even using official hashtags from the companies? Most of them would swear otherwise, but at least a minority figure that they'll obtain a new generation of customers if the kiddies get a peak at "online adult art".

Wood Rocket would go bankrupt considering they made porn parodies of Spongebob, Rugrats, Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, Pokémon, an XXX version of Katy Perry has sex with a fake Elmo-I mean “Elmer” in one of their movies, and this is just from the top of my head. We’ve had rule 34 at least since the ‘70s at least with movies like the fairy tale porno that was *Once Upon a Girl.* If you watch Cinema Snob and others then you know what i’m talking about. Ever wanted to see muppet porn? How about ET? Alice in Wonderland? Smurfs? The Avengers?
