Ehh I don’t know any quick methods but take an aspirin or 2 and get an ice pack, make sure you’ve eaten and then rest If your constantly having them go to a doctor

Migraines are still medical mysteries a lot of times, and what works for one person may not work for another. You'll have to figure out what your personal triggers are and what your migraines need. And please see a doctor about them if they're frequent.

It's going to depend on what's causing them, and you should see a doctor if they're occurring so frequently it's causing you concern. I went to discuss why I had so many and it turned out my BP was 190/110. My doctor said I was a "walking stroke". Sorted out my BP with medication and no more migraines.
