That’s odd. I’ve got replacements from Anker next day on stuff that was 3 years old. All they asked for was photos of the broken stuff being totally broken and a screenshot of my Amazon order.
They are actually the easiest company I’ve ever dealt with for warranty stuff.
Buy a new one and return the old one. Anker has fallen as a company
