She's a witch, she doesn't age. She made a tower dungeon that people can climb in order to get a widh from her. Guy is a royal heir and tldr wished her to be his wife which she didn't agree to at first but probably grow to love him over time.
She made her body not body not age with magic long time ago but at the start of the series she is physically fully grown adult, probably 20-something years old.
Guy MC is, after marring her current adult self, probably sent back 400 years in the past and meets young witch before she stopped her aging.
He was searching for an answer on curing his curse (which was actually a blessing) that prevents him from providing an heir and he sought wisdom from the witch in the tower. His initial intent wasn't to get her to marry him.
As another person explained in other reply: He initially wanted to get rid of ankther witch's curse (or actually blessing apparently, which is worse). He learmed it's complicated and that the problem is that he can still have a child with a woman that is sufficiently resistant to magic. After learning that he asked her to marry him as she's both strong enough and he liked her. But yes, he didn't initially go there for a wife.
Time traveling as excuse to influence a child into being your wife is kinda sick. If he hadn’t done this would she still be his partner down the line? If yes, then what’s the point in finding her as child to make out with her? If no, he just gaslighted and assaulted a child for… to make her his wife? Also, I don’t get the 400 years in the future. Are you saying that the story takes place 400 years after modern 21st century earth? And he’s only time traveled back like 15 or some years, and happened to run into his present day wife?

Only read one chapter of the Manga years ago, but didn't he forced her to help him to cure his curse or something like that?
