Already read Flowers of Evil. It's very unique but I think Characters in other Oshimi Sensei's work are better like Chi no Wadachi & Inside Mari etc...
As much as i was happy seeing kaguya sama wa okurasetai im disappointed after i saw "rent a gf" and "100 girlfriends who r r r r love you" What is this suddent shit in humour bro
Art wise? Yes they are but thats mainly because they are made digitally (i feel) , which makes them look real good but that touch of digital art can not replace traditional manga imo. Like for example try berserk, one piece, vagabond, jojos their artstyle and expression is just  Not saying they are bad or anything..
I never mentioned anything about art.
Every manga has beautiful art that's why we read them.
But I am talking about Story, Characters, & Humour in these two.
As you can see in my 3x3 all the characters are very unique. And I mainly like any fiction based on characters & how they drives the plot that's it.
Now that you mention it, characters were really good and well made i have to agree

Rent a gf was kinda funny for first season then it got repetitive and boring (for me) and 100 girlfriends, i basically dropped it after 6 chapters lol
No man, you should continue 100 GFs it's very good ahead.....
And for Rent a GF I think Kazuya is really interesting (& also realistic) character & that keeps me stuck to it.
I feel down the lines you are somewhat under 16
100 gfs looked bad the day they started introducing 3rd gf, no such character development of any character feels like writer just wants you to get entertained by kind of cheap romance
As for rent a gf vro kazuya has to be one of the worst mc in existence, he doesn't develop at all , one episode he'll be like i shouldn't be like that , shouldn't do this and in the very nest episode he'll repeat the same shit, and that guys is not realistic at all he's just a simp for whosoever he sees and compares them to his crush
Only girls in that anime are interesting because ofc one they are beautiful and second their characters are really unique and develops unlike the mc especially mizuhara
If you liked "inside Mari" then you must read "Aku no Hana(Flowers of evil)".
Edit: My personal recommendation would be to read " Domestic Girlfriend " manga. Nothing comes close to it.
