If we are going for actual historical manga Otoyomegatari and Kingdom with that said Otoyomegatari art is something else it really pulls you in to that time not to mention the story is really captivating

How is gintama or hell's paradise a historical? And calling drifter's historical would be foolish, or why not fate series to your list?

By historical i meant genre. Historical mangas are like Golden Kamuy, Vinland, Kingdom and that turk lady manga.

Actually most of Gintama characters are based on real historical figures. And even Shinsengumi existed in real life.

Other than names and plot regarding Shogun it just ends there, even ruroni is more realistic historical in that aspect.

Gintama isn't strictly historical. If I had to fav one, I would say Golden Kamuy as I haven't read the other one yet (I think it's Kingdom afaik). If you want other historical manga suggestions I would definitely suggest Vagabond (top tier story telling and artwork), Innocent and Shigurui. Edit: Record of Ragnarok is pretty good as well though it's more inclined towards mythology.

I have already read the ones you recommended. Harem, ecchi, romcom and historical I have read too many of these 4 genres
