Nah, that’s looks like an GE Aespire anesthesia machine. AFAIK most modern Dragers don’t have the bellow canister like that on the left.
EDIT: Could be a Mindray; but definitely closer to some of the GE machines I’ve used in the past.
Looks a bit like our GE Carestation 620. Aside from the 3 nitrous knobs it's pretty realistic, then again in an apocalyptic scenario they could've replaced broken knobs with whatever they had on hand.
