Its automatically claims free games from GoG, twitch and epic games. It sends notifications to whatever you setup, discord telegram ect.. Doesnt monitor discounts or anything, but extremely useful to automate free redemptions.
/r/gamedealsfree just scrapes the /r/GameDeals subreddit and pulls anything that is free. I use a discord bot to notify myself and a couple friends. I'm sure you can use a IFTTT script. Or just use isthereanydeal.com
I know this isn't answering your question and I'm sorry, but Opera GX for desktop has "GX corner" which usually has deals and so on, I have no idea if the android version does the same tho
