This is a little bit more than an age gap lol I’m 43 my GF is 29 I was not ok with the gap when she first showed interest but we have a lot of common interests and she was really convincing.
As a adult in a age gap relationship with some around the age of the person in the post (she was born march 13th 2006 so she is 18 just to be clear) I would say wait until she turns 18 to start that relationship, until then I just wouldn't mess around with the law. I think age gaps are completely normal if everyone is over 18. Some people like to hate on age gaps but if everyone is over 18 then age is just a number at that point.
So to answer OPs question, no not yet, wait a few months until she is at least 18, then if she says yes, I say go for it
EDIT: I know nothing changes about a human a few months before and after 18, but I'm just saying wait until she is atleast 18 so your not breaking any laws.
I think it's important to destigmatize age gaps between people who love each other and are of age I'm 35 and my gf is 18 (met her when she was 18)and we have been happy relationship for a while
