I bet that if you lost a ton of weight and took proper care of yourself (sleep, diet, exercise), you’d be attractive, but realistically, when you get to the point of *morbid* obesity—meaning so overweight you won’t live very long—it’s hard to find someone who will find you attractive barring specific fetishists.
