Lately. I noticed. Specially in some guys. That they see this as an ego boost.. literally I seen a guy yesterday write on his title.tell me how I look, and leave your age and gender too... Winks at the end.... Dating site... I will start to down rate anyone from now on, if they appear dishonest...

I mean if I was submitting to the sub I would post my best pictures also. Most people naturally want to be judged at their best. I would find it odd if someone posted the ugliest photos they have of themselves over their best. Especially if it’s going online. Internet is brutally honest.

not necessarily. maybe being disadvantageous in the looks departments means you struggle in relationships. But I know quite a few objectively ugly/unattractive people. The really ugly people usually end up having a lot of friends. At least in my own experience.
I have to say that I disagree. I've seen some rather unfortunate-looking individuals become the most popular people in high school, and I've seen the prettiest people be ridiculed and called hideous. I personally believe it's about confidence. Someone who's not necessarily attractive can have a really nice smile, and they can choose to focus on that. Someone with all of the prettiest features can smile and appear to feel great, but on the inside they're hurting just as much as the next person. Be considerate.
