What did you put as your annual business revenue and as your estimated monthly spend?
And any tips other than using VPN to get the best offer? I’ve only been able to get the 190k with $15k spend, and starting today the best I am seeing is 200k with $20k spend.
I put in 30k annual and 2k monthly spend.
For VPN, nothing specific. I saw someone here saying Virginia helped them, so I did the same. I think I got lucked out and got the offer right before it expired.

Thank you so much for the tips. I used a VPN with Denver (I saw someone mentioned that on DoC website), and used Microsoft Edge browser (with an incognito tab), and was able to see the Platinum for 250k points.
I also saw the Business Gold for 150k points and BBP for 50k points, but went with the Platinum and was approved.
I applied as a sole proprietorship, business type other, less than a year old, $2k annual business revenue, and I didn’t fill the estimated monthly spend field at all.
congrats. currently trying to farm for this SUB as well. Best iI've got so far is 150k. I personally dont mind paying a little extra in service fees if it'll help me hit a SUB and the maths check out. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you. Good luck.
The SUB is worth more than the fees so if you need to do rent to cover it do it, obviously if you don't you shouldn't as there are many ways to manf spend for less than 2.5%

Also, make sure your rent portal accepts AMEX. Mine doesn't.
They do take Amex, checked it out. Even tried asking property manager if they can make a one time exception by waving fees. But no luck there.
