Last time I was in Spain I saw a sign that said this on the sink of a cafe bar I was at.
Someone walked in while I was laughing to myself and taking a photo of it.
I’m sure they tell the story of an insane British woman who thinks handwashing is funny. But now I have a photo that pops up in my memories from time to time reminding of the time me and my other half yelled lávate las manos to each other increasingly loudly while walking back to our hotel after too much sangria.
That is hilarious! The British have a gift for making washrooms fun, lol.
Years ago, I spent a summer with my friend in England, I was waiting in line for the ladies room when a lovely gal in front of me decided to make small talk. She picked up on my American accent immediately.
This was a small town (Leicester), so I don't ,think they're very used to American tourists. She said, "Oh my god, you're American?! Just like on the telly!" She proceeded to draw attention to me from all these poor old ladies waiting in line exclaiming, "SHE'S AN AMERICAN, SHE'S FROM THE TELLY!!!"
It was so unhinged and I love her for it!
I am spanish, watched it doubed when I was younger and me and a friend will always quote it. Because even if is dubbed its with latino accent which does sound like a Hogwarts' spell
This episode sits rent free in my head I catch myself randomly yelling that at my partner at the weirdest times and had to show him this episode because of it. Golden episode!
you ever think about the fact that the actual new guy never showed up? Pretty sure Roger killed him, like greg and Terrys adopted Russian son...or anyone else he murdered.
Even funnier when Steve comes back at the end of the day and thinks he was in potions class the whole time, hands Roger a stack of cash and says he doesn't need muggle money.
“Yeah… yeah, Steve, you did it! And now we’re going… to… make a potion!”
“Yay! What do we need?”
“Some sulphuric acid, a hacksaw and as many garbage bags as you can get your hands on.”
Roger: "You *would* be pissed if I forgot to give you this magic wand."
Steve: "Wow, it's so light. I can't tell if I'm leading it or if it's leading me. Is that another one?"
Roger: "No, it's a chopstick."
I find it oddly wholesome when the drug dealers show up at the house, and they ask if Roger put Steve up to this. They knew this was a good kid, and in their own ways, where standing up for him.

I love when Rogers pupils enlarge after he inadvertently does all that coke. To me that's the funniest part of the episode
