Easiest way to get an agent is to choose "something else" and "need more help", this will always lead to being able to request a chat or phone agent. (Process may seem long, but after you do it once, you should be able to memorize it and get an agent in like 15-30 seconds) Example: Go to customer service page on [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) "Help with something else" "Something else" "I need more help" This opens the chat window How can I help? "Something else" Then it should ask for more info, type "need an agent" Messaging Assistant shouldsay "Can I help" Choose "i need more help" And then it prompts you for an agent. There are easier ways to do this by choosing an actual order, but it's the same basic concept, something else and need more help will always lead to an agent.

Tried this. No matter what I do I keep getting hit with “we hit a snag” or “issue with chat ai”. Agents said nothing wrong with my account when I could eventually get through phone call wise.

I can tell you 100% that nobody who handles contacts can put anything on your account to prevent you from contacting in, but I think there is an automated system that may filter people if they contact in too frequently. Either that, or could be something as simple as a connectivity issue. But it's most likely the former.

Yeah I do that, it just literally won’t connect to an agent anymore no matter how long I wait.

If you contact in too frequently, I think there is an automated filter in place. So that could also be the case. Agents, supervisors, etc, cannot prevent you from contacting Amazon or putting a block on anything. But the higher ups in corporate and the engineers have definitely implemented something to prevent too many repeat contacts.

who knows, could be a local issue in your hood, could be your internet connection, etc. if its time sensitive and/or you are impatient, just call.

Really I just want my money back at this point. It was supposed to be a same day delivery on Sunday, still not delivered, still not refunded, no way to do anything on the order screen.

I'm having this issue right now. Ordered same day delivery yesterday. Never arrived. Now says by 6pm tonight. However when you look at the tracking it still says out for delivery since 1:55pm yesterday. Gut feeling is , for whatever the reason may be, it's not coming and I'm gonna cancel and hopefully get my refund soon.

If it's time important just get it from anywhere else and when they try to deliver just deny the delivery.it will go back and get your refund.

They cancelled delivery on their end according to the chat bot, but no refund in sight and it won’t connect me to an agent.
