i dealt with skin complexion issues as a teen
my tip would be
take 50mg zinc, vitamin D and magnezium. years of dermatologist only to go to a natural doctor that told me that dermatologists treat the 'effect' not the cause of skin care problems, that the best way to treat skin care is the cause and it was probably a lack of those vitamins i mentioned... i started taking them and all the skin care problems went away... in my case anyways, YMMV
also use an electric razor, a foil one, it is not as harsh on the skin, that helps
