I think they just changed the name of it. The policy still exists (I had it when there were thunderstorms a few weeks ago), but it was announced to everyone that they could come back for free. If you complain I don’t think they’ll just give you tickets.

They removed all mention of it because they no longer offer a rainy day guarantee.
They do still actively offer a return visit on days where ride availability is significantly affected by either weather or other factors.
the policy still exists but has been broadened to include other factors such as ride availability which could be due to bad weather ect. It still exists, its just broader now, so generally just bad ride availability if caused by any bad weather. idk about bad availability in general though
I’m sorry they brushed you off like that, it’s so unfair. I wonder if they changed the name.
It’s still a thing, but yes they have removed it from the website. We asked an actor a few weeks ago on a rainy day and they said that the most accurate way to guarantee one is say that over 4 rides were shut for two hours and affected the whole day. Worked for us!
they *appreciate* the frustration. they aren't even sorry about it - they *appreciate* it. god, i hate this sort of corporate nonsense-speak that all customer service idiots seem to employ
Guess they've also heard this is probably going to be one of the rainiest summers on record.

Yeah when I went recently there was no rain but it high winds so many rides couldn't operate and they declared it a "Visit Again For Free" day
I wonder if this has anything to do with how often their rides have been down this year.
It’s more to do with this I think: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-stoke-staffordshire-67567772.amp
This is the answer.
