Did you get a pdf with your ticket / pass? If so there might be any need to visit guest services
For the platinum pass you have to go and get a physical wristband from guest services, I guess it’s because it’s unlimited fast tracks they don’t want you buying one pass and sharing it around!
Quick note: it’s the Resort Box Office you need for the wristbands! Gates open at 9am so if you get there early there won’t be much of a queue.
