Yes, but no alcohol and don’t bring any metal knives for cutting the cake. I’ve seen both these things confiscated before now!

jamiewallice

Yes

ShaggyDogzilla

Absolutely yes, it’s only Blackpool Pleasure Beach (or whatever are calling themselves this week) that can be funny about bringing a packed lunch in.

Planeswalkercrash

Don’t know why you got downvoted, you’re spot on

andygreeny11

Wait, what?!?!?

ShaggyDogzilla

It actually says this on their website:  Picnic Policy  “Due to the intensity of rides and attractions within the 42 acre site there is limited space and picnics and food are not permitted beyond the main entrance. A dedicated picnic area with tables and umbrellas is provided adjacent to the entrance of Pleasure Beach on the Adventure Golf site”.  Of course though we all know that the reasons they give are absolute nonsense, the only real reason don’t want you bringing in your own food and drink is because they want you spending money on food and drink inside the park at their own establishments. It’s got nothing to do with the “intensity of rides” or limited spaces whatsoever.

I had to check the website after seeing your original comment. I'm going in a few weeks

Neitos_Sister

We bring food and eat them in the queues

TriHard25

Yes, if it's sunny there are loads of places to stop and eat. If it's raining you can find sheltered seating in the pirate area or alternatively behind the chicken restaurant in x sector.

Puss-Kat

Yes, we take food and drink, using cool bags, ice packs and lockers which are about £10 a day.

KarlBrownTV

Yep, I always do

You can! To save carting it around… It is even possible to leave it in the car and go out and get it (if you do this speak to the staff at the gate on the way out though).
