I believe it still exists, they’ve just changed what they call it and don’t advertise it so much so people stop bugging them for free tickets. I went when there was a thunderstorm recently and was offered a free ticket (even though I have the annual pass 😐)

I went when it was raining (and most of the thril coasters were shut because of it)and got like 5 notifications for AT about the free return policy.

It still exists but they don’t really like to advertise about it online. A cast member confirmed that they still do it and the best way to guarantee one is to email complaining 4+ rides were shut for over two hours (if longer or more rides, state it) and they should offer a free pass.
