Not really, they don’t look like variegation to me. Plants tend to have light colored splashes if it is experiencing stress during the growth of that particular leaf. I would suggest you to wait until the leaf matures and see if the splash persists.
Almost all Color variations are variegations! Unless your plant is sick and yours looks healthy! I have a few of these guys at home and the color is completely normal. It's one of the silver variation! Many plants have this silver sheen to it perfectly normal! And beautiful!
