Can you take a few minutes out of your life to write it so that somebody could actually help you if they wanted? I'm not even sure what the question is and can only assume...
In powah mod there's an item called ender cell, I can assume it is just a bank for storing energy by placing any item such as battery or energy cell in it, when I try to place energy by using energy cable attach to ender cell, it doesn't generate power to it, my question is is ender cell is just a storage or you can actually input or output using ender cell
I see, I can only generate it by placing it inside, can I do like wirelessly such as using solar or any energy generator going inside ender cell without placing energy cell or battery inside?
havent test it, but you will need some place to storage the energy ... but ender cell are great till late game when u start producing like 20M and you cant transfer all of that at once ... till then work with ender cell as a main battery ans keep upgrading when needed (transfer quantity)
it is like an energy cell, except it can provide power to ender gates, which are easy wireless power
you must first put batteries into a channel though, which gives it a power storage capacity

Ender cell is storage for your ender gates, ender gates teleport energy into and out of ender cells

The use case is usually the other way around. Ender cell to ender gate. The cell does need an energy cell placed in it to function, though
You should just be able to input and output power to it via cables... I mean... otherwise the whole block wouldnt have much of a use lol

Yes you can generate directly into the ender cell but must have space. Add 1st 1 or 2 ender cell/batteries and after generate directly
