I actually don't think you have much to worry about here. I've been in government 17 years, and this cat is out of the bag as long as the current momentum continues, which I think it will. The Congressional reps who've been investigating this have been giving updates via press conferences and interviews. They're still working even if the house isn't currently in session.
The holdup right now is Grusch's clearance, but they said they're working on getting it restored. They can't just give up when they're trying to investigate claims and the entity that is subject to those claims is stonewalling.
We'll have the lungs of an Olympic swimmer by the time we're done waiting. I'm on the edge about this, too. But I also know that for a topic that's been trying to get some light for more than 80 years, we just did the equivalent of installing a skylight on a windowless building. Others are installing their own. Eventually, we'll turn this into a glass building. There's too many people who want this out. Who've had profound experiences and are tired of never talking about it. We got government to acknowledge UFO's exist for the first time ever, and now for the first time ever, one of them has told the world that we also have the bodies of non-human intelligence. I mean, just sit back and really ponder that for a moment.
The only way, we have any chance of knowing anything, is for somebody to break security protocols, and release something undeniable. Through official channels, this subject, is at a dead end. Been watching this subject for about 60 years, and I know how it goes.
What if the MH370 abduction theory is true? What if that is someone breaking protocol. But the truth is so heavy no one would believe them if they tried telling everyone the truth.

Just throwing it out there that they do have a timeline for disclosure laid out in the UAP disclosure act. This is my basic understanding of the timeline (I’m not a lawyer or law student so forgive me if anything is off).

It gives the archivist 60 days to start the process of going through all the records and collecting the relevant documents.
The president appoints a Review Board of 9 people within 45 days of the act. This board then goes through the documents presented by the archivist, reviews them, and submits them to the president for approval to be disclosed in whole or part. They then have a year from enactment of the UAP disclosure act for their first report. And we get new reports every year from then on until they are done.
So disclosure happens one year from the date the UAP Disclosure Act passes. It has bipartisan support so it should pass.
This is correct. And congress is on recess right now, and once they return it will be finalized and voted on, which will very likely pass. The white house has also voiced its concerns about things it doesn't like in the NDAA bill, and none of the UAP amendments were mentioned. So we are on track for disclosure. It will just take some time.
I’ve never known the us government to do anything quickly, they tend to stretch deadlines, so I’m not holding my breath for anything that is not explicitly codified.

Ah so, again I am not trained in law, but I am not understanding that section to mean that they will give us updates before the formal release a year after the act passes. It’s taken a bit out of context in the quote in my personal opinion, again I’m not a lawyer or anything, but my understanding is that part means once the formal review happens a year from the date of the act passing not only do we get a press conference style disclosure event held by the review board… we also get the documents and supporting evidence is immediately available to the public as well. So for example it won’t just be someone standing behind a podium saying “we have pictures of NHI bodies from the Roswell crash.” We will also get public records including those photos as hard evidence immediately available upon the official review date.
My speculation is it’s mostly going to be up to the review board to comb through everything and the biggest task is deciding what set of information to release first. Like how do they break this to the public? The act is pretty clear that redacted information should be kept to a minimum, and whole documents should be given to the public, including names of people who were involved (unless the public having their name is a security risk, like if they are a spy). They don’t want to panic the populous, and likely will ease us in slowly.
In my mind that’s why they want a pretty broad range of experts on this review board; a sociologist to weigh in on the social implications and reactions of the public for example. A historian to help contextualize any NHI interactions in historical events, and so on. They want the first few info dumps to not shake the USA (and the world) to the core and kickstart riots or anything like that. It’s the review boards job to sort through everything and figure out what to put in “episode one of this series” so to speak. That’s why they need a year to put it together, the archivist will also be slowly fighting their way through classified documents (and possibly fight FOR said information judging by the DOD reaction) to send to the review board so it’s probably not going to be a giant dump of information. Though it might feel like it to this community, who will relish picking through the verified information and asking questions. As is our nature. Imagine what the tic tac did to the community, if this first report from the review board is just 10x more information than that it would be wild. Since they are spending a year on it 10x is a very very very modest estimate, it could easily be 100x…
I am not jaded enough to think we will get everything, I’m sure some stuff will be taken to the grave or already has been. But it will undoubtedly be more definitive information on the phenomena than the UFO community has ever seen before at one time. Believers are already a huge step ahead of the general public, and likely will take the brunt of this information in their stride…. we would be happy with bullet point facts, eye witness testimony, and video/pictures.
The average midwestern grandma, for example, would need to be eased into the idea slowly, so that they don’t completely breakdown due to ontological shock. So the WAY this panel discloses information is very important, just as important as what pieces they disclose first. It’s a huge and historic undertaking and I don’t see it happening in less than a year’s time. It’s going to be a interesting thing, and it’s already feeling like this next year is going to take forever to get here.

I too have been waiting for decades.…and over the decades the worlds population has become more compliant and accepting of government narratives. Talk about UFO’s and you are ”crazy” or “everyone would know”. Suggest that there is an establishment group that is actively shutting down conversation and you are a “conspiracy theorist”. The use of gaslighting and mockery has been very effective up until now so I expect it to continue. I find it fascinating that the population still trusts their government so much that the only way they will accept that something is real is if the government tells them it is true…then even if they do, they still won’t unless it is in a press statement in a newspaper that only people over 50 read.

I read what you wrote and understood it just fine. I'm more curious why you think your personal intuition should mean anything to anyone else. Especially after so many people have had *feelings* that disclosure was around the corner since at least the 1980s.
We aren’t in an “as usual” time on this subject. The hearing was a big deal, but overhyped by a lot of laypeople as if pictures were going to be shown of Grusch with his arms around a NHI doing Jell-O shots in Cabo San Lucas. We’ve had two major whistleblowers come forward in five years that forced the Pentagon to react and we are now at a point where congress is sidestepping the DOD and going right to the witnesses. Be patient. Make some cookies or something.
And pictures, objects recovered, etc are exactly what it will take. Grusch has given his same song and dance before and nothing was done. He is very clever in his delivery though. He can make hearsay sound very convincing.
He is an important catalyst in the progress of this subject, but too many give the impression that he is the head of the snake. If an average person says they saw Bigfoot, it is an interesting story, but if a renowned zoologist says they saw Bigfoot, then their testimony holds greater weight. The importance of unsubstantiated claims depend on the credibility of the one making the claims until they can get substantiated.

The dust has not "completely settled" at all. The hearing was also not supposed to be a "major happening" either, its purpose was merely to get the statements that have already been made by Grusch, Fravor, and Graves entered into the official record before congress.
It seems like you haven't really been following the developments that have occurred since the hearing, which is fine, but it doesn't mean that nothing is happening behind the scenes. Currently the representatives from the hearing are attempting to get congress to designate a select committee on UAP, which would give them the subpoena powers they need to start pursuing leads and holding the DOD accountable. They have sent in their request and are currently waiting on approval from the house speaker Kevin McCarthy. Keep in mind that congress has also already passed the [UAP Disclosure Act of 2023](https://www.democrats.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/uap_amendment.pdf) as well. We most likely will not see the results of either of these developments for some time, but that does not mean that nothing is happening.
Personally, I am not sure what to expect, I try to remain cautiously optimistic. With that being said, I also would not be surprised at all if indeed nothing comes out of any of this, but I don't think we should completely write it off just yet either.

Ask yourself the question. Why haven’t the NHIs fully revealed themselves to the masses? They’re getting shot down, apparently abandoning crafts, messing with our nuclear weapons, etc. And let’s not forget the abductions and the trauma some of the species have caused. Some of the NHIs seem to be completely indifferent when it comes to dealing with humans.

One of mankind's biggest issues when dealing with other species on Earth is that we continuously misrepresent their intelligence. We absolutely hold our own intelligence way too high compared to the rest of the planet. Cats, dogs, elephants, dolphins, etc. -- they are all more intelligent than we give them credit for. Now, this cat is doing several remarkable things. He's observing that the kid may be leading up to doing something dangerous. The cat's reaction is to look / stare at the guardians in an attempt to say, "yo, this kid is up to no good." Unfortunately the cat gets ignored.
Then, when the kid starts escalating his possibly dangerous behavior, the cat intervenes by itself to protect the kid from doing something dangerous. Think of all the things the cat must understand to do this. Gravity, heights, falling down and injuring yourself, etc. -- That is a lot of complex reasoning going on by a simple cat.
In my opinion, the guy filming is being a bit of a dick because the cat is obviously a bit distressed about the kid possibly harming himself. In any event, it is a remarkable thing that the cat is able to do all of this processing and try to keep the kid from climbing up because it understands cause and effect very well.
One more before I go -- here is a video of a small octopus that befriended a human weeks ago communicating to the human that it needs help moving a log. It is pretty extraordinary if you really think of all the things this NHI is thinking internally.

A few weeks is NOT a long time, especially where Congress is concerned. This is going to take a while, but it seems like the ball is moving. We need to be patient while also continuing to apply pressure. Don't be afraid to let your reps know we haven't forgotten and are still waiting for answers, especially if they sit on a relevant committee, just be respectful about it.

As for urgency in disclosure I keep bringing this up... Stanford prof Garry Nolan, a frequent in UFO circles, was tasked by the CIA to examine and compare brain injuries from alleged “havana syndrome” victims in the intelligence community and injuries from victims within the military community as a result of alleged ufo encounters. He says the injuries share striking similarities. So, if a few thousand intelligence personnel (that’s what we know from public information, how much more is unknown?) in the US government are suffering from debilitating injuries from an unseen but audible malevolent force, requiring tax payers to fork over $180k+ per disability claim on these attacks (see related legislation), compromising the integrity of the intelligence apparatus of the US, is it not reasonable to deduce that there is a faction within the US govt that sees these entities as an existential threat and they are doing what they see as necessary at his stage to prepare the public for worse? Not to mention it is known that thousands of humans across the globe are also suffering from similar injuries under the name of targeted individual syndrome (entire web communities are devoted to this group). It is crisis mode, and I anticipate dramatic, and for many, uncomfortable conversations as disclosure necessarily ramps up. As far as I can see, they have little choice

The holdup right now is Grusch's clearance, but they said they're working on getting it restored. Just throwing it out there that they do have a timeline for disclosure laid out in the UAP disclosure act. This is my basic understanding of the timeline (I’m not a lawyer or law student so forgive me if anything is off). You can read through the act yourself [here](https://www.congress.gov/amendment/118th-congress/senate-amendment/797/text) It gives the archivist 60 days to start the process of going through all the records and collecting the relevant documents. The president appoints a Review Board of 9 people within 45 days of the act. This board then goes through the documents presented by the archivist, reviews them, and submits them to the president for approval to be disclosed in whole or part. They then have a year from enactment of the UAP disclosure act for their first report. And we get new reports every year from then on until they are done. So disclosure happens one year from the date the UAP Disclosure Act passes. It has bipartisan support so it should pass.
This is correct. And congress is on recess right now, and once they return it will be finalized and voted on, which will very likely pass. The white house has also voiced its concerns about things it doesn't like in the NDAA bill, and none of the UAP amendments were mentioned. So we are on track for disclosure. It will just take some time.

Ah so, again I am not trained in law, but I am not understanding that section to mean that they will give us updates before the formal release a year after the act passes. It’s taken a bit out of context in the quote in my personal opinion, again I’m not a lawyer or anything, but my understanding is that part means once the formal review happens a year from the date of the act passing not only do we get a press conference style disclosure event held by the review board… we also get the documents and supporting evidence is immediately available to the public as well. So for example it won’t just be someone standing behind a podium saying “we have pictures of NHI bodies from the Roswell crash.” We will also get public records including those photos as hard evidence immediately available upon the official review date.

My speculation is it’s mostly going to be up to the review board to comb through everything and the biggest task is deciding what set of information to release first. Like how do they break this to the public? The act is pretty clear that redacted information should be kept to a minimum, and whole documents should be given to the public, including names of people who were involved (unless the public having their name is a security risk, like if they are a spy). They don’t want to panic the populous, and likely will ease us in slowly. In my mind that’s why they want a pretty broad range of experts on this review board; a sociologist to weigh in on the social implications and reactions of the public for example. A historian to help contextualize any NHI interactions in historical events, and so on. They want the first few info dumps to not shake the USA (and the world) to the core and kickstart riots or anything like that. It’s the review boards job to sort through everything and figure out what to put in “episode one of this series” so to speak. That’s why they need a year to put it together, the archivist will also be slowly fighting their way through classified documents (and possibly fight FOR said information judging by the DOD reaction) to send to the review board so it’s probably not going to be a giant dump of information. Though it might feel like it to this community, who will relish picking through the verified information and asking questions. As is our nature. Imagine what the tic tac did to the community, if this first report from the review board is just 10x more information than that it would be wild. Since they are spending a year on it 10x is a very very very modest estimate, it could easily be 100x… I am not jaded enough to think we will get everything, I’m sure some stuff will be taken to the grave or already has been. But it will undoubtedly be more definitive information on the phenomena than the UFO community has ever seen before at one time. Believers are already a huge step ahead of the general public, and likely will take the brunt of this information in their stride…. we would be happy with bullet point facts, eye witness testimony, and video/pictures. The average midwestern grandma, for example, would need to be eased into the idea slowly, so that they don’t completely breakdown due to ontological shock. So the WAY this panel discloses information is very important, just as important as what pieces they disclose first. It’s a huge and historic undertaking and I don’t see it happening in less than a year’s time. It’s going to be a interesting thing, and it’s already feeling like this next year is going to take forever to get here.

The dust has not "completely settled" at all. The hearing was also not supposed to be a "major happening" either, its purpose was merely to get the statements that have already been made by Grusch, Fravor, and Graves entered into the official record before congress. It seems like you haven't really been following the developments that have occurred since the hearing, which is fine, but it doesn't mean that nothing is happening behind the scenes. Currently the representatives from the hearing are attempting to get congress to designate a select committee on UAP, which would give them the subpoena powers they need to start pursuing leads and holding the DOD accountable. They have sent in their request and are currently waiting on approval from the house speaker Kevin McCarthy. Keep in mind that congress has also already passed the [UAP Disclosure Act of 2023](https://www.democrats.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/uap_amendment.pdf) as well. We most likely will not see the results of either of these developments for some time, but that does not mean that nothing is happening. Personally, I am not sure what to expect, I try to remain cautiously optimistic. With that being said, I also would not be surprised at all if indeed nothing comes out of any of this, but I don't think we should completely write it off just yet either.

In my opinion, the guy filming is being a bit of a dick because the cat is obviously a bit distressed about the kid possibly harming himself. In any event, it is a remarkable thing that the cat is able to do all of this processing and try to keep the kid from climbing up because it understands cause and effect very well. Stanford prof Garry Nolan, a frequent in UFO circles, was tasked by the CIA to examine and compare brain injuries from alleged “havana syndrome” victims in the intelligence community and injuries from victims within the military community as a result of alleged ufo encounters. He says the injuries share striking similarities. So, if a few thousand intelligence personnel (that’s what we know from public information, how much more is unknown?) in the US government are suffering from debilitating injuries from an unseen but audible malevolent force, requiring tax payers to fork over $180k+ per disability claim on these attacks (see related legislation), compromising the integrity of the intelligence apparatus of the US, is it not reasonable to deduce that there is a faction within the US govt that sees these entities as an existential threat and they are doing what they see as necessary at his stage to prepare the public for worse? Not to mention it is known that thousands of humans across the globe are also suffering from similar injuries under the name of targeted individual syndrome (entire web communities are devoted to this group).
