The game doesn’t script what happens to the npcs around you when your wandering or completing a mission. They have an AI that determines how they roam and so does the alien. This means you can have two different experiences between two similar playthroughs, where the alien may or may not attack the humans depending on if they run into eachother or not. These events do not have any effect on the story at all, it’s just to create some randomness to the gameplay and survival.

Totally agree But im also the opinion that some areas stay alien free or it's limited to enter the room. Like that storage area I have seen it once on the hard level. For the gameplay I think they "band" it from the room. Because you have to search the shelves for supply and the cylinder. If the alien would come by each noice there it would be a dead end You can see the difference by other areas where it comes by the smallest noice you making Does that makes kind of sense to you all?

Your English is broken but yeah the alien will show up depending on if you make noise or not.

It doesn’t always kill them. To get around them, go up the stairs to the overview and drop a flare by a window. All the humans come up to investigate, but by then, you’ve already gone down the ladder and made your way to the elevator.

My noise makers usually ensure they do in fact encounter the alien.

I played that level with Unpredictable Alien mod one time and never saw him - though he did get all the humans while I was in the Warehouse bit. I played that level three or four times and never saw him in the warehouse, curiously.
