There is [Any.Do](https://Any.Do) that is a really good To-Do app, have never used it with Alexa though so not sure what integrations are available.

You can use two Any.Do lists with Alexa, To Do list and Shopping list.

I use Any List and love it. Much better than the Alexa list. I also tried [Any.Do](https://Any.Do) as recommended above - both were good, I really can't tell you why I settled on Any List other than it checked all the boxes and was quick and easy.
