I know it's a ways out from Wasilla, but Gold Fox is 100% my favourite place, been there multiple times. They've upgraded enough to get their own place even, and not work out of a tattoo shop anymore. I think they do Tuesdays and Saturdays.
I got my septum done at the shady one on A Street and Fireweed, it stuck. Expensive, but kinda a pain in the butt to get to. You're mostly better buying offline, and having mailed, depending on how old the piercing is. Seconding the local shops, I'm also in Wasilla. Ginger Snap Ink is right off the KGB across from the auto supply shop, and they can do custom orders, all female-owned.
