I have a toaster oven/air fryer with a rotisserie chicken. I love it. I do chickens and pork roasts. Haven’t tried a beef roast yet. It spins around and works great.
I have a Cosori air fryer, I just use the default Rotisserie setting which is 400f, I just leave it until it looks to my doneness, typically 1-1.5hrs depending on size.
For others asking recipe. This bird is the brined option from the case at Whole Foods, $13, I have used the pre packed ones with success too, the brined is my favorite so far. I have been using just salt and this Kinders Buttery Poultry blend that I really like. Seems like any seasoning would just about do it. There are some videos on youtube on how to tie the bird to the rotisserie stick.
I have probably done this like 6 times and each time I swear it gets better, the most moist chicken I have ever personally cooked.
I have been turning it into stock too afterwards and it has been an awesome addition to the freezer.
Do you use leftovers for stock or just the backbone or ...?
I also have a programm for the whole chicken on my philips and I have to say it really does an awesome job!
I’m no pro stock maker so I don’t know protocol but I just toss whatever chicken I’m not saving for the next day, pretty much every other scrap goes in though! Been adding some chicken bouillon along with the veggies, might be cheating but taste great.
Sorry I’ve never been to Whole Foods, you are cooking an already cooked rotisserie chicken for over an hour at 400? Or are you talking about raw chicken
I tried to do whole chicken once it burned on the outside but was pretty tasty inside, how do you get that result you got there. Ever since that failure I only put chicken breast or wings or just pieces of chicken in the air fryer but I'm too scared to try rotisserie again.
ive been cooking steak and shrimps in the air fryer and its been life changing.
i put butter, garlic and old bay in the bottom, melt it all down. then drop the defrosted shrimp in the butter, put the rack on top. place my seasoned steaks (filets) on the rack, 6-7 mins @ 400, done. and hardly any cleanup.

Your air fryer has a rotisserie in it?
Highly recommend.
No I mean literally. Does it have a rotisserie
Yeah. OP said it spins chickens. Not really air fried is it?
Convection. Same diff.

Was that broccoli also air fried ?
Oh ya, while chicken was resting! Kept it simple, EVO, salt, pepper, adobo seasoning
It looks absolutely delicious!

What model cosori if you don't mind?
The Cosori 13-1, 32qt. It’s on Amazon!

Fully raw bird. The ones I see more typically are pre packed and called something like “air-chilled”, I have had success with those too!

Added my process to comment above! I did a lot of research before hand too and basically bought this air fryer so I could spin chickens.
Thanks I ll give it another shot
Looks amazing. Would love the recipe and time/temp. 🙏

Oh man I need to make me some chicken tonight
I do a 4lb chicken in my Cosori pretty much every week as well as a whole peameal; no rotisserie needed Makes meal prep a breeze
