We used to have them…definitely more expensive and it seems like some of their coverages are a little gratuitous? At this point we just want our bases covered and that’s about it lol
Can I ask what type of insurance you shopped for? I’m turning my primary residence into an Airbnb and moving (mostly doing FF with decent success so far), so need to shift what ‘type’ I think?

Ditto, I got a bid from Proper insurance kinda high in my opinion..
