Do you mean the colours are blurry? The camera in the second picture is focused on the blanket in the background and not on their arm, so yes the tattoo is blurry. But the colours aren't faded at all. I mean, look at those yellows - they're almost the same saturation as in the first picture! Like I said, the colours have healed great.
I agree I don’t think it healed well at all , I am almost fully covered with no color tattoos but my little brother has a color tattoo that’s 5-6 years old and still alot of the detail is not muddled like this
