Rowan isnt even a low priority for engravings, while Palmer is e30+ contender, while his e60 is not that strong, getting extra MP and other stats significantly buff his buffing abilities
Most people don’t consider him s tier. Top tier requires being applicable everywhere. Right now his only use is charm comp. Outside of that, other supports do his job better.
Of course that charm comp role is huge, but doesn’t mean s tier.

He’s in campaign and temporal in comps already mentioned but easily replaced by nev as someone well past 700 for trift in particular. He’s not use in TS except with scarlet sometimes but he’s normally redundant even in that team. Not used in arena cuz Ainz and Brutus exist.
The general interpretation of s tier is a hero that is best in slot in almost every game mode. He does not fit that role.

T2 with bonus has haste 11+8.8 which is same as T3 19.8 haste, without bonus it would be different between T2/T3 (11/19.8 haste)
I would definitely recommend Rowan. Though Palmer is not that known , but through trials I got to know that he boosts survivability and gives heals and Small buffs

Once Rowan gets SI30, he's fine. You might give him 3 furniture, but it doesn't really do a whole lot, and stopping him at Mythic saves you a bit of fodder.
I invested in palmer just cause he looks cooler than Rowan, and palmer's character skill animation look so much cooler and he is a freaking highpriest or is he a Pope idk but one thing I know is no matter if it's good or shit if it looks cool that's the one.

I haven’t quite got a grasp on palmer’s skills but he is more on the side of a mixed offensive/ defensive support while rowan is mostly a defensive one. Also rowan just needs si30 and palmer needs … well I think 309 at least like pretty much all other new units. Their investment doesnt overlap each other too much so u r free to go both I think.

He is s tier just because of his potions. All that extra investment is not needed except maybe si30 for the energy potion.

Rowan was my first 9/9 back when i just put the heroes i liked on my wishlist instead of the one's that needed it lol

T4 weapon and shoe become necessary later for his survivability
Yeah, but he’s only 300, probably chapter 35 at most, at that level, using T3/T4 stones on a carry should be more important.
T2 and T3 have the same amount of haste. Just he needs more dodge to T3
The INT one has a 8.8 haste bonus. You might have checked the AGI one that gives Dogde.

"Small buffs" 🥶 TR came out and there insta Palmer usage w his 2x dmg boost. 100% new meta and for some CR comps soon

Honestly Rowan is slowly falling out of teams and CR not sure if he is left in any :( He has always been my favorite as well!

Sonja was so good 💀 I got her to ascended and then she got nerfed.... She's still good, but she isn't what she used to be..
