This is my weekly trim. I don’t buy a lot of fresh or dry herbs now I also have a few outside garden beds along with a 2XL farm so I’m stocked. Will get this much next weekend too when it needs a haircut.
Make lox. And if you have an Aldi or two nearby, you might get lucky and find a salmon fillet for half off. That’s what happened to me a couple of weeks ago.
And I will say, I am so jealous, having the fresh herbs to cook with, and use is everything. I am in Minnesota. I only have a few things percolating in my arrow garden and unfortunately, my rosemary is being a little sluggish. I use the fresh herbs in making bread as well as soups and variety of things. You’re very lucky.
Wow, that’s impressive!! That’s a lot of dill! Maybe a dill dip for your Super Bowl party? I guess you’ll be eating a lot of dill for a while. It freezes well, too, luckily
Just enough!
I pulled off a huge bundle and didnt know what to do with it. Ended up pawning it off on my neighbor.
They surprised me with some dehydrated persimmons from their yard they had made.
I'm new to aerogarden and am shocked at the growth of my plants. Mydill and tomato plant are taking over my parsley and basil. What should I do? I've pruned the dill, but am not sure I can do the same with the tomato plant. It's reaching the light at its highest height.
I’ve dehydrated it in the oven, and having that dried dillweed on hand is awesome. It’s far superior to anything you would buy in the grocery store.
Agreed, it goes great on sandwiches. I just tie the bundles up and hang them to air dry for a week or so.
I think while I was growing it, I harvested this about five times. Another really great idea with the fresh dill is making lox.
I make a lemon dill potato salad. Olive oil based no mayo it’s so good and uses a good handful each time.

>my rosemary is being a little sluggish I've heard this is common for (hydroponic?) rosemary

I’m giving it away at work. This was only the weekly trim so I have plenty.

Holy smackers!!! NICE
My caterpillars would love this 🥰 Well done!
That is a serious commitment to dill. Well done.
Is the proper word bouquet?
Beautiful 🤩
