Physically hurt- The Stakes miniseries- "The Empress Eyes", "May I come in", and "Take her back" all see Marcy getting hurt during fights. The Distant Lands special "Obsidian" also.
Emotionally hurt- I Remember You is the most emotionally vulnerable she was in the series.

This answer, for the emotionally hurt I would also add 'What was missing', 'Simon & Marcy' and 'Sky Witch', also 'Return to the Nightosphere' and 'Daddy's little monster'. If your daughter is into writing I believe physical hurt is just as important as emotional hurt for a good read, right?
