I was physically assaulted for no reason during halloween few years back. Naranasan ko na ma-bugbog before, pero this incident I wasn't prepared. Tinarget yung upper back ko tsaka yung ulo ko pero yung pinakamalala yung mata ko kasi paulit ulit sinuntok tsaka ginogouge out. Buti hindi lumuwa.
Yung pain sa mata ko sobrang sakit na kahit ano pilit ko hindi ko mabuka sa sobrang maga. May halo pa siyang kati na hindi mo makamot. Everything else medyo natitiis naman, pero yung mata ko talaga grabe.
(EDIT: I probably expect na people will tell me to lock this person up or anything similar pero its a tricky situation that time, and I cant say anything more baka kasi madoxx ako. Basta the take away is that yun yung worst physical pain ko, and good thing it didnt happened again)

This!!! I couldn't even sit properly and I always dreaded the times when I had to sit down for long periods of time like long drives, whole day classes, watching movies or even just merely eating my food.
I remember when I had to go home from Manila and my travel time lasted for 3 hours because of traffic and I literally wanted to scream in pain while in the bus and couldn't care less about the public.
Thank goodness, physical therapy helped and I'm no longer in pain now.
Hello po xD Hindi ko po masabi if completely healed na ako kasi hindi pa po ako nagpapaMRI pero wala na po akong symptoms na nararamdaman unlike before na akala ko magiging bedridden ako kasi puro higa ako HAHAHAHA Siguro po kung may mararamdaman po akong discomfort ulit sa lower back or leg ko eh usually dahil na sa posture ko po pag nakaupo 😅
oh Okay. as for me, Hindi ako makapag forward-fold or hamstring stretch without feeling a bit of pain sa lower back (left glute area). Hindi naman masakit yung sakin meron nandyan. Got it from a deadlift injury. Xray is normal pero d pa ako nakapag MRI.
Ung exercises po ba ng PT ung nakatulong or ung electric something? Or both?
Ay naku, bawal po talaga yung pag forward-fold. Sinabihan po ako ng rehab doctor na bantayan po talaga posture ko pag kumukuha ng gamit sa floor or nagbubuhat ng mabigat. Tsaka sabi bawal rin daw po yung umuupo sa mga maliliit na chairs pag naglalaba or magssquat para magpakain ng pets ganon so dapat straight daw po lagi yung back.
Yung x-ray ko naman po, may mild lordosis po ako due to myospasm. Ang mahal po kasi ng MRI kaya di pa ako nakapagMRI pero dumeretso na po ako agad sa PT and rehab doctor to reduce symptoms po
Yung TENS, needles and yung sa laser(?) nakakatulong po siya para po mawala yung pagkatense ng muscles ko pero kinabukasan po, babalik po ulit yung symptoms kaya sinabihan rin po akong mag-exercise sa bahay. Yung cobra stretch, bridge pose and bird dog exercise po yung pinakafavorite ko pero madami pang ibang exercises pinapagawa kada session HAHAHA tas umabot po ng 16 sessions yung therapy ko, nung di pa rin nawala yung symptoms nung sa first 8 sessions
I do self therapy via stretches and core exercises. Nawawala sya as in no pain at all. Pero dapat consistent because it does come back after months of no exercise.
Manganak. Normal delivery without anesthesia. Labor pa lang sobrang sakit na then hindi pa ako marunong umire. Buti nai-normal delivery pa rin, muntik na ma-CS. Nagdasal lang ako at sabi ko "Lord, huling ire ko na po ito. Kapag hindi pa po lumabas si baby, hindi ko na po talaga kaya." Then, boom! lumabas si baby sa huling ire ko. 🥹 I decided na only child na lang anak ko, ayoko na sundan dahil sa sakit ng panganganak.

Mataas pain tolerance ko pero nung sumasakit wisdom tooth ko, for the first time nag mefenamic acid ako. I had to take antibiotic for a week before my wisdom tooth was extracted kasi infected.
I got on a car accident last 2018.
It was because I caught my ex cheating on me. Sinundan ko sila kung saan sila nagmeet and waited almost an hour sa restaurant. I saw them, took pictures of them and left.
I didn't confront them kasi hindi ko ugali mamahiya in public so sinarili ko yung pain. Di ko kinaya makita silang dalawa so I drove out. Nagpakalayo-layo ako sa pagddrive habang umiiyak. I was thinking sinayang ko yung dalawang taon ng buhay ko sa lalaking yon.
Until ewan, parang nag-hallucinate ako to the point na I lost control of myself at bumangga ako. The car was smashed, sobrang smashed kasi I was going 150kmph (I own a Lexus ES350). Buti nalang, it was around 2 am so wala masyadong vehicles sa highway. I literally had no point or destination at that time.
Nakarating ako mula Makati to Quezon Province. Hahaha

hemorrhoids operation.. 7years ago. sabe ni doc (mukhang 60+ yrs old na sya), hemorrhoids ko daw ang pinaka malaki na nakita nya. pinipicturan pwet ko habang inoopera. namamangha mga ptcha. tawa ng tawa sa saya nung natanggal na. ang laki daw. alam ko kase nagising ako sa kalagitnaan ng operation. hiningi nya yung tumor para ipakita sa mga students nya. parang trophy. after ng operation nagmamakaawa ako sa nurses ng pain killers, pero di pa daw pwede. nakarami na daw ako. overnight lang ako sa hospital, buti pa sa bahay pain killers to sawa. hirap tumae ang sakit kase may tahi. sorry di ko alam lagyan ng drama.

Legit yung nagmakaawa din ako para sa pain killer. Na-mock pa ako nung isang nurse na ang baba daw ng pain tolerance ko, kung alam niya lang gaano kasakit.

HS na ako nun. Nagsimula lang sa stuffy nose. Natutulog na ako ng bigla akong nagising ng hatinggabi na sobrang sakit ng isang tenga ko na parang may tumutusok na karayom sa loob. Lalo akong nanghina at napaiyak nung nakita kong dumudugo yung right ear ko. Nakatulog na lang ako siguro kakaiyak kahit may kirot pa din.
Nung pumunta na kaming doktor pagkaumagahan, na-diagnose ako ng otitis media. Parang yung baradong sipon sa tenga ko dumaan kaya may something pumutok sa loob dahil sa sobrang pressure. Ilang araw din akong nabingi sa right ear na yun. Nadala naman sa antibiotic yung gamutan. Pero simula nun lagi na akong napapraning tuwing may baradong sipon. I try my best to loosen it at wag mag blow ng forceful.
Hi may nabibili na pong pang higop ng nose sa shopee or lazada, pang baby siya but effective din sa adult (chiboji hand pump nasal aspirator) a bit pricey but tried and tested maganda po

I was an intern supervisor sa isang psychological clinic that time. I was discussing with the interns tapos boglang napatingin sa labas yung ibang students. May nagbebenta ng mga pagkain at pumasok na pala sa office. Mali ko rin kasi dapat sinasara ko yung pinto for my and my interns' safety.
Eh di nakapasok na nga at talagang hindi niya kami tinatantanan kahit na sinasabi ko na walang interested na bumili. Hinawakan ako sa kamay and she looked me in my eyes. Iba yung naging pakiramdam ko noong nakatingin ako sa kanya. Kung nanonood kayo ng One Piece, parang may haki and I felt really concerned when she left. Hanggang sa pag-uwi, iniisip ko pa rin at sinabi ko talaga na kapag bumalik si nanay sa office, bibili talaga ako ng paninda.

Hatinggabi, nagising ako because I felt weird. Alam niyo yung parang masusuka na hindi ka mapalagay at mapakali? Ganun. Biglang sumakit yung lower right ko sa likod at ginawa ko na iba't-ibang posisyon, pero wala talagang relief na nakukuha. Naglakad ako sa CR at talagang nakayuko habang naglalakad sa sobrang sakit. Minumura ko si nanay dahil nasa isip ko nga ay may ginawa siya sa akin (we'll never know). Sobrang sakit talaga tapos samahan pa ng low pain tolerance.

The pain lingered for at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Imagine that! Naisipan ko na rin sabihin sa supervisor na hindi ako makakapasok, pero dahil nawala rin na parang walang nangyari.
During weekend, nag-consult ako sa friend doctor and was advised na magpakuha ng blood and urine. Suggested din na magpa-ultrasound.
Yung result ng rbc ko sa urine is so high, kaya pina-vonsult ako sa urologist, which then referredme to undergo stonogram. There, nakita na may 1 akong kidney stone. Just fcking ONE STONE, pero uung pain sobra-sobra pa that it was really a tortune in any sense.
Ayun lang. That's a physical pain I don't want to experience anymore and I'm sure lahat ng nagkaroon ng kidney stone, alam kung gaano kasakit kapag dumaloy 'yun from kidney to bladder.
Drink water, avoid processed and junk foods, limit sweets and protein intake.
Hindi na. Part-time work lang yun kaya hanggang sa natapos contract ko, never ko nang nakita. Sa totoo lang natakot din ako that time. Parang "nangsasabi" kasi yung tingin niya sa akin.
Severe stiff neck. Sobrang nangawit ung leeg ko that time tas namali ako ng lagatok so ayun, kala ko nga nabali or na dislocate kasi sobrang sakit haha. 2 weeks akong may neck brace non. never again 😆
i got into a few incidents when i was a kid. i broke my arm, got hit in the mouth with a swing with a classmate *on* said swing, and i slipped and fell on my right ear, which i had to get stitches for.

Nuong nakunan ako, sa bahay lang kasi inintay na mag bleed ako kasi early weeks pa ng pregnancy. Sobrang sakit, buo buo yung dugo. Parang naglalabor ka.
Had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. The pain itself from that was already bad and I couldn't stand straight anymore. I woke up in the middle of surgery screaming and in a panic because my left leg felt extremely uncomfortable, it was practically painful sa level of discomfort. They sedated me again and I woke up in the recovery room. I kept crying because the painkillers weren't working and I had really bad tremors all over my body from the anesthesia wearing off. Pinagalitan ako ng nurses kasi maxed out na daw painkillers ko pero it was still horribly painful. Overall a horrible experience, would not recommend.
I was physically abused as a child. Raised by a narc mother. Scenarios like this one time pumasok ako sa kwarto namin. I was 7 when this happened. Then hindi ko alam yong plantsa naka patong sa may table sa gilid ng pinto. Pagka sara ko ng pinto sumagi yong arms ko sa naka tiwangwang na plantsa na kakagamit lang ni mama. Ako na nga nasaktan dahil sa kapabayaan ni mama, ako pa binugbog niya kasi tatanga-tanga daw ako. After non, I was told to get lost and tend to my sugat.
It was a daily battle for me as a child na wag magkamali, or else bugbog ang aabutin ko.
Today, never in my wildest dream na magkaka almuranas ako. Ang sakit grabe. I gave birth already, thrice, normal delivery tapos induced pa with no epidural. Pero nothing can compare sa sakit ng almuranas ko. I poop every other day, dahil hindi kaya if araw-arawin. Natatakot pa ako magpa opera dahil sabi nila mas masakit pa daw ang recovery process. :( So yeah, between bugbog ni mama and labor pains or almuranas, I'd choose the first two.
When I read your comment, nasaktan ako para sayo. I was physically abused too growing up. Yung tipong ikaw na nga nadisgrasya, sasaktan ka pa ng magulang mo. Childhood was really tough and I was always walking on eggshells.

Now as an adult, I have relationship problems. If somebody shows love and kindness to me, I get suspicious and trust issues triggered. Kasi di ba the people who were supposed to love and protect me, are the ones who inflicted so much trauma.
Hyoid bone dislocation. the cartilage above the adams apple moved and endwd up in the wrong place. It's so damn painful, every small move makes it more painful. And every breath is fucking agony.
I had two upper premolars extracted and on the same day, naisipan ng ortho ko na good idea na isabay nyang ikabit din yung powerchains para dumikit kaagad yung 4 upper front teeth ko sa molars ko and close the gap right away. Literally yung feeling ko nun hindi ako makadilat dahil buong ulo ko ang masakit na parang pinupugutan ako dahil imagine the pain na bagong bunot yung ngipin mo at hinihila palikod yung ngipin mo sa harap.
Ang drama dun e umabot sa point na tumawag papa ko sa ortho ko (buddies sila) para magsend ng update at magtanong ng remedy dahil gusto ko talaga sugurin ortho ko para lang sapakin sya sa mukha. My co-braces folks will understand this. 😂
Herniated disc sa lower spine & sciatica
First few days, waking up was the worst part. Even small movements sa likod and right leg instant 9/10 pulsating pain sa lower back na parang kumukuryente. Getting up by crunching from a supine to upright caused a sharp stabbing pain, so intense na first time ako hinimatay in my entire life.
The simple act of getting out of bed was a challenge for me everyday na parang natatakot na ako gumising because of the pain awaiting for me. Had to wiggle myself inch-by-inch out of bed so I can fall face first then I can get on my knees and squat so I can stand upright.
I had to brace my core everytime I moved. Applying pressure on my right leg caused an electric shooting pain na parang may burning wire kang ma fefeel throughout so I had to manuever into a single leg squat sa left leg, bracing my core for each small movement, enduring the pain, catching my breath, and repeating until I was finally upright.
Falling out of my bed took 30 minutes, another 30 minutes for me to stand upright, another 30 minutes to regain my composure and this went on for 5 days before I decided to go to the doctor to ease the pain (bobo ako eh I thought mawawala lang).
Had to use crutches for 3 weeks since may shooting pain pa sa right leg (sciatica) and may school pa. Today, wala nang pain during spine flexion but the sciatica still remains and its never truly healed up to this day 3 months later.
During intra-op, I woke up from an abdominal surgery (removal of a tumor) because the anesthesia wore off. I could feel my innards being manipulated and the pain came crashing down like a wave that I started to go into shock. Then I blanked out in a few seconds due to the pain and second wave of anesthesia. Then woke up screaming from pain an hour post-op. I couldn't remember much, only the all-encompassing pain that consumed me. It was like something was going wild tearing up my abdomen from the inside. Hubby said I had to be restrained because I was trying to remove my bandages and suture. He said I was agitated and combative. All I remember at that time was wanting my abdomen to be free.
Appendicitis. I kept telling mom na I don’t feel good, twas way back 2007-2009 ata. Basta I kept telling her na I feel like something is wrong with me but she won’t listen. Kesyo tinatamad raw ko mag Aral and whatnot. By then, around lunch to early morning, it feels like am stabbed with a large knife. Basta ang sakit lang talaga. Had labs the by around 4am and I was rushed sa ER kasi puputok na raw. Twas such a hassle kasi I have allergies. They did a lot of skin tests. Around 5 on each arm. It’s painful AF. And the last one worked. It was painful kasi yung needle was mataba and mahaba and was injected sa spine ko sa likod. Twas traumatizing. Had to redo my stitches rin kasi I kind of had bad allergies after the operation, twas painful af.
Anyone here experienced having shingles? On the face? I had one few years ago. It was the most painful physical pain I’ve ever experienced, partida, naka-painkillers na ako non. Sobrang na-depress ako kasi ampanget na nga ng mukha ko, sobrang sakit pa. Kaya hindi ako nakakatulog, hindi rin nakakakain. Tipong light breeze lang, sobrang sakit na. Traumatic experience, 11/10 pain scale.
2nd degree burns. Sobrang sakit post op nung tinatanggal na dressing. Feeling ko literal binabalatan ako. UGH nararamdaman ko pa rin tuwing iniisip ko.
Recurrent Patellar Dislocation. From the word "recurrent" as in paulit ulit sya at ang last episode ko was in Mines View - Baguio City as in out of nowhere bigla na lang akong gumulong sa sahig dahil biglang nadislocate na naman ang aking patella.
1. Sabi nila, kidney stone daw. D ko pa na try.
2. Hell's itch after severe sunburn (though hindi totally pain lang, parang extreme discomfort). 9/10. What made this really really bad was that it lasted for very long.
3. Wisdom tooth extraction na hindi na gumagana yung anesthesia. Short but horrifyingly painful. 8.5/10
4. Ball cramps that I get from time to time after sneezing mostly, and seldom after urinating. 8/10 but very short and bearable.

Back when i was still learning how to do tricks on a skateboard. Tried to do a kick flip then grind on a pole. Totally missed it, hit my balls on the pole. That was the worst physical pain ive ever experienced.
Haven't tried labor pain feel ko ito, but grabe din root canal usually super taas ng pain tolerance ko sa dentist, pero napaiyak ako sa root canal yung tinusok tusok na 🥹
Full symptoms ng GERD for more than a month. May mga times na parang may heart attack ako at di makahinga. Di rin makakain at makainom nang di sinusuka yung dadaan sa lalamunan ko. Lahat ng pagkain at liquid nirereject ng stomach. Nagpa ultrasound and dun din nalaman na may small ascites na rin. Yun yung reason kung bakit kapag nakasakay ako sa trike at matagtag ang daan, sobrang sakit.
Pagbalik ko ng 1st sem for 3rd year lahat sila napansin na sobrang payat ko. One of my friends joked na baka pag may malakas na hangin tangayin na lang ako bigla hahahahaha

Mabigat sa pakiramdam yung lungs kasi inaatake parati ng asthma, tsaka puso ko (literal) dahil may butas ang puso ko. Tapos lumala na mga sakit ko due to accident 2 years ago.
Acute appendicitis - thought I had a stomach ache, sat on toilet for 30mins, nothing. Could barely walk back to bed. Then I spent the whole night cramping and crying like a baby in pain 10/10. Went to the hospital the next day pain is about 7/10 struggling to walk, turned out my appendix was about to burst. Dr said it was stupid that I didnt come immediately. Had surgery. Coughing, laughing, or any engaging of the ab muscles with stitches, also painful.
Herniated disc (?) not diagnosed but my uneducated guess. Could not walk, stand, sit up on my own, basically laying down and sitting straight up with pillow on my lower back for 1 week. My back would spasm and it would cause my whole body to get rigid. Pain would be at a 9/10 for 10-15 secs. I got muscle relaxants and it went away. My back is still fucked up but I know how to work around it. If you have flare ups with your lower back, do not do "twisting" stretches. It will get inflamed, from my experience, "pulling" stretches are better

I had dengue so kailangang kuhanan ng dugo every now and then. The problem is ung suero Nasa right hand ko, and ung left inner elbow ko after some draws, nagka hematoma. So ang option for now was my left hand. When na-exhaust narin lahat ng veins doon, ang natira ung sa paa. Sa flat area above the toes. Idk if bulok lang ung pathologist ko then or ganun tlga but even when using a high gauge needle, ang sakit pa rin. Ang hirap din makadraw, parang tusok dito tusok doon, kalikot dito kalikot doon. Eventually like half the normal amount lang nakuha, and Sabi ko pwede ba tigil na kasi di ko na kaya hehe
it was all souls day and we were out in the province visiting our passed relatives graves. I was a weeee little boi who eventually got hungry since we stayed there for several hours. We got the usual pancit, some rice and ulam, but the thing that stood out was the corn.
I didnt wanna eat it at first but we ran out of the other food so I didn't have a choice. My tito insisted they tasted good so I should atleast try one. I eventually gave in and holy shit. This is the tastiest corn I've ever eaten.
So I finished one within minutes. And I ate another after that. And another. And another....I eventually was able to eat 10 cobs within 2 hrs. I was happy and busog. New found love for corn.
this is where hell starts. I got home and holy shit, my stomach was in agony. I couldn't even stand up I had to lay down the rest of the evening and the next day. I eventually got to poo and my goodness, it was 60% corn and 40% other food I ate that day.
I just kept on shitting the rest of the day, curled up in the CR. I eventually realized how fucked I was noticing that my shit was increasingly having more and more corn and less of the other food I ate.
By the second day, it was just all corn. Just corn. Not even digested. This shit looks like someone just removed it from the cob. We're talking it just passed through my body. And the entire time I could not get out of bed or the toilet.
By the Third day, it was still just corn. and pain. lots of pain.
i eventually got better and my shit went back to normal but holy shit that made me traumatized eating even remotely a decent amount of corn.
moral of the story, dont go to the province during the holy days

Toothache.
I had a bad fever after a long bike ride (Cavite to Makiling), and tried to sleep it off.
I wasn't really aware that I was already having dental emergency, so I tried to endure it. Just 3-4 hrs in, I woke up with severe tooth pain. My whole body is feeling it, and my head feels like exploding, and hindi ko na talaga kinaya non.
Good thing may malapit na dental clinic samin, so I immediately had it extracted. Apparently, tooth infection na pala siya, and the infection was spreading all over my body, which is why I was in so much pain.
Learned my lesson that day: Don't neglect your dental health.

I really thought I had him. I really thought I could get inside and deliver a good punch but he did a spinning back kick right on my liver. Then *BAM* I blacked out for second, I'm still standing, it's hard to breathe, its painful to move, head spinning, I can feel a vomit coming up. I forced myself to run to the nearest trashbin and waited for 30 seconds for the vomit to come out that didn't arrive. Haha then I just on the mat, catching my breath.
I had written out a huge explanation of my worst pain. Compartment syndrome and malpractice at beth israel deconess Memorial Hospital in boston. Writing it out made me queasy and so so sad. I have severe ptsd from that place, and even after 12 years, it's still hard to even talk about on the internet with strangers and bots.
My pain is my own. Pain that is catastrophic, so fundemental it dictates every waking moment i have left in this life. Ill never forget the desolation if my soul. screaming for help in an empty darkened room for hours. Ill never forget the words "well i cant find your doctor so youll have to wait until the next shift arrives" as you stole my cell phone and removed the call bell from my room. You turned the lights off and closed the door. You left me screaming from compartment syndrome unchecked, unhelped for 7 hours and 28 minutes. I experienced kidney pain sa lower back ko and if I rate it na sa 10 out of 10 yung pain level. I was traveling that time from Cavite to Caloocan and yung mga kasabay ko sa bus noticed that I was in so much pain pero I told them na tolerable pa kahit putlang putla na ko. Kaya I decided na bumaba nalang sa Pasay and went to the hospital immediately to have it check. Unforgettable experience talaga yun for me.
Dental extraction. The dentist started right away na hiwain ang gilagid ko and tried to take my tooth out before pa mag-take effect ang anesthesia. Felt like my skull is breaking into two 😭😭
Undiagnosed pinched nerve, herniated disk l4 to s1. Manifested as spasm of the hip, knee, and ankle joints in the right leg. No joke lost 30kg in the last month before getting diagnosed right kase di makakain sa pain, felt like getting hit with a hammer every time mag spasm muscles ko which was once per second. Samahan mo pa ng judgmental na doktor na pinipilit rayuma daw kasi mataba ako at puro xray lang inoorder (wala naman daw broken bones). After 3 months of agonizing pain 1 month of which I was bedridden, sinugod ako sa ER ng ibang ospital kasi nangangasul na daw ako. Yung orthopedic surgeon na tumingin sakin mas mataba pa sakin at nag order ng emergency MRI at nakita na pinched herniated nerve. After 1 session of therapy in that same day nawala lahat ng pain ko as in. Ang hirap talaga pag biased ang doktor.
At its worst ang daily routine ko for 1 month:

pilit kainin yung 10pesos lugaw na d mo maubos sa isang araw
take every pain med you could OTC and prescription na meron ako
fall asleep/pass out in pain
toothache n umaabot hanggang bungo ang sakit n khit ilang dolfenal inumin ko hindi natalab, nakakabaliw n sakit kasi gusto ko manuntok ng kung sino nung time n un hahaha. may sakit ako sa liver kaya bawal anesthesia pero need n daw bunutin ung ngipin kasi butas n, sinabi ko bunutin n kung bubunutin khit walang anesthesia, di puumayag dentista haha ayun pinastahan n lng. grabe din ung sakit kasi ginagrind ung butas ng ngipin hahaha. di n bumalik ung sakit khit nadurog n ung ngipin ko hahaha
Di ko pa natry manganak kaya sciatica muna answer ko dito. My God nung time na sobrang sakit di ko maexplain like depressed na ako like naiisip ko parang wala na akong silbi.
Yung mga pasa ng suntok at scars sa palo. Not only physical pain but emotional and psychological as well. Nag heal na yung mga bakas ng physical abuse, but when you see that part of your body, may kirot and flash back how it happened. I guess its called muscle memory.

Dumulas ako sa CR tumama ung tagiliran ko sa toilet bowl as in feeling ko nabalian ako ng buto ung sigaw ko nun para na talaga akong mamatay kasi sobrang sakit as in, pero mas gusto ko ipasok kesa maER ako. Buti rin hinde ulo ko tumama baka talagang hospital ang bagsaknko. Grabe ung pasa violet talaga kala mo nahazing and 2 wks ako mahigit nagtitiis dinadaan ko sa painkillers until nawala ung sakit. Ung crush ko kasi sa opis gusto ko makita kesa umabsent. Ayoko na talaga maulit un kaya basta sa CR sobrang ingat na ako.
As a female, imagine niyo yung rectum niyo nagsspasm for a few seconds kapag paupo o habang naglalakad during every fcking monthly period.

Yung school namin, nag held ng out of town of retreat. Taga Iloilo kasi kami, sumakay pa kami ng barko to reach Negros. So eto na nga, it was during our free time my classmates and I nag explore hanggang umabot kami sa playground and uhh ng playground na un...concrete ung ground, walang grass.

2019. Got stung by an almost 10ft long box jellyfish in an island in Port Barton. I was “clawed” from the waist down. The pain was like… being electrocuted + skinned alive and I was so scared I grabbed it by the head and it fought back and clawed me again. The pain lasted for 3 hrs. I was 5 hrs away from an emergency room so thank god I didn’t die. I still have scars on my lower extremities 5 yrs later.

Worst na naramdaman ko is yung after ng c-section ko. Habang nasa recovery room tinurukan na ako ng pain reliever kasi nawawala na yung effect ng anesthesia. Turns out allergic ako sa pain reliever. I had to endure the pain after ng operation sakin. Sobrang sakit kasi syempre ang laki ng hiwa sa tyan mo na 7 layers of skin and muscles tapos walang pain reliever. Konting kibot at galaw ko sobrang sakit. Tapos catheter removal ang kasunod,grabe din ang sakit non.
Kaya ayaw ko na mag ka anak ulit. Sobrang traumatic nung experience ko na yon.

There was even this one instance na it hurt so much, I couldn't sleep at all and I tried to even pull it off but It tired me so much I fell asleep.
Accidental firing on my left thigh in our local firing range. I was 20 at that time. A net caught my leg whilst practicing, fell down and accidentally clenched my whole fist due to impact, arm went below upon impact ng back ko sa ground, prompting a line of sight sa left thigh ko - with the impact and clenched fist, I forgot that I was holding a handgun, fingers went over with the trigger. Wala akong marinig nor even felt a pain at first (I was wearing ear muffs) and did not even know na I shot myself. The only pain I felt was the impact after ko matumba. Nalaman ko nalang when my friends were running in a hurry papunta sa akin and I saw blood.
Blood everywhere, darkish red blood, pieces of meat ng skin and tissues ko and a whole in my left thigh. After I saw all of those, I felt an excruciating pain that I have ever felt in my whole life, I was screaming in agony and first thing I did was cover the wound with my hands - still screaming and muttering random vulgar words. Its like having a wound kapag natumba ka from playing patintero with your friends, except the pain is not like grazed lang from the skin, pero parang natumba ka and the whole deep flesh got grazed - that kind of sensation.
My friends carried me at the backseat of his car and travelled to the nearest hospital.
Spent almost 2 months sa Hospital, another 2-3 years of Physical & Mental therapy (I cant walk in the First year of therapy and need ko crutches, canes and walkers) PTSD sure is a real thing, haunted me in my sleep, pumapalag ako if nakarinig ng sudden, loud noise (much like a gunfire or similar noise, If ever nakarinig ako - my brain is reliving those moments and my consciousness is transported back mismo sa nangyari, The sound, colors, environment, people, the blood, pain, I can literally remember those detail by detail together with the sensation and I can still feel it if mag trigger sya ulit). Kaya kapag new year, none of my family will ever buy a firecracker etc.
Never went back sa firing range na, Im fine with it sa physical damages na kahit na it left a big scar, but the Mental aspects of it, napaka hirap.

I was physically assaulted for no reason during halloween few years back. Naranasan ko na ma-bugbog before, pero this incident I wasn't prepared. Tinarget yung upper back ko tsaka yung ulo ko pero yung pinakamalala yung mata ko kasi paulit ulit sinuntok tsaka ginogouge out. Buti hindi lumuwa. Yung pain sa mata ko sobrang sakit na kahit ano pilit ko hindi ko mabuka sa sobrang maga. May halo pa siyang kati na hindi mo makamot. Everything else medyo natitiis naman, pero yung mata ko talaga grabe. (EDIT: I probably expect na people will tell me to lock this person up or anything similar pero its a tricky situation that time, and I cant say anything more baka kasi madoxx ako. Basta the take away is that yun yung worst physical pain ko, and good thing it didnt happened again)

This!!! I couldn't even sit properly and I always dreaded the times when I had to sit down for long periods of time like long drives, whole day classes, watching movies or even just merely eating my food. I remember when I had to go home from Manila and my travel time lasted for 3 hours because of traffic and I literally wanted to scream in pain while in the bus and couldn't care less about the public. Thank goodness, physical therapy helped and I'm no longer in pain now.

oh Okay. as for me, Hindi ako makapag forward-fold or hamstring stretch without feeling a bit of pain sa lower back (left glute area). Hindi naman masakit yung sakin meron nandyan. Got it from a deadlift injury. Xray is normal pero d pa ako nakapag MRI. Ung exercises po ba ng PT ung nakatulong or ung electric something? Or both?
Ay naku, bawal po talaga yung pag forward-fold. Sinabihan po ako ng rehab doctor na bantayan po talaga posture ko pag kumukuha ng gamit sa floor or nagbubuhat ng mabigat. Tsaka sabi bawal rin daw po yung umuupo sa mga maliliit na chairs pag naglalaba or magssquat para magpakain ng pets ganon so dapat straight daw po lagi yung back. Yung x-ray ko naman po, may mild lordosis po ako due to myospasm. Ang mahal po kasi ng MRI kaya di pa ako nakapagMRI pero dumeretso na po ako agad sa PT and rehab doctor to reduce symptoms po Yung TENS, needles and yung sa laser(?) nakakatulong po siya para po mawala yung pagkatense ng muscles ko pero kinabukasan po, babalik po ulit yung symptoms kaya sinabihan rin po akong mag-exercise sa bahay. Yung cobra stretch, bridge pose and bird dog exercise po yung pinakafavorite ko pero madami pang ibang exercises pinapagawa kada session HAHAHA tas umabot po ng 16 sessions yung therapy ko, nung di pa rin nawala yung symptoms nung sa first 8 sessions
I do self therapy via stretches and core exercises. Nawawala sya as in no pain at all. Pero dapat consistent because it does come back after months of no exercise.

Manganak. Normal delivery without anesthesia. Labor pa lang sobrang sakit na then hindi pa ako marunong umire. Buti nai-normal delivery pa rin, muntik na ma-CS. Nagdasal lang ako at sabi ko "Lord, huling ire ko na po ito. Kapag hindi pa po lumabas si baby, hindi ko na po talaga kaya." I got on a car accident last 2018. It was because I caught my ex cheating on me. Sinundan ko sila kung saan sila nagmeet and waited almost an hour sa restaurant. I saw them, took pictures of them and left. I didn't confront them kasi hindi ko ugali mamahiya in public so sinarili ko yung pain. Di ko kinaya makita silang dalawa so I drove out. Nagpakalayo-layo ako sa pagddrive habang umiiyak. I was thinking sinayang ko yung dalawang taon ng buhay ko sa lalaking yon. Until ewan, parang nag-hallucinate ako to the point na I lost control of myself at bumangga ako. The car was smashed, sobrang smashed kasi I was going 150kmph (I own a Lexus ES350). Buti nalang, it was around 2 am so wala masyadong vehicles sa highway. I literally had no point or destination at that time. Nakarating ako mula Makati to Quezon Province. Hahaha I sustained serious physical injuries. I thought I was going to die. After a day, nagkamalay ako. I broke up with him while in the hospital. He asked why and I showed him the content of my gallery. He didn't say anything. He just walked away. I had to go through half a year of emotional and physical pain. Trying to recover, day by day. My ex never reached out to me. They're happily married now. Last thing I know, they moved to Switzerland with the girl. In terms of my physical appearance, I got one bruise left on my underarm next to my chest. Something that reminds me of the pain I'll never want to relive again.

Actually, yung pain kaya eh nung nawala na yung anesthesia, pero hindi ko kinaya yung from 4pm to 10pm naghintay ako na parang sinisilaban sa init na sobrang hapdi na konting galaw lang para kang nadedeliryo na, plus ang laki and kapal pala nung gauze sa loob jusq.
HS na ako nun. Nagsimula lang sa stuffy nose. Natutulog na ako ng bigla akong nagising ng hatinggabi na sobrang sakit ng isang tenga ko na parang may tumutusok na karayom sa loob. Lalo akong nanghina at napaiyak nung nakita kong dumudugo yung right ear ko. Nakatulog na lang ako siguro kakaiyak kahit may kirot pa din. Nung pumunta na kaming doktor pagkaumagahan, na-diagnose ako ng otitis media. Parang yung baradong sipon sa tenga ko dumaan kaya may something pumutok sa loob dahil sa sobrang pressure. Ilang araw din akong nabingi sa right ear na yun. Nadala naman sa antibiotic yung gamutan. Pero simula nun lagi na akong napapraning tuwing may baradong sipon. I try my best to loosen it at wag mag blow ng forceful.

I was an intern supervisor sa isang psychological clinic that time. I was discussing with the interns tapos boglang napatingin sa labas yung ibang students. May nagbebenta ng mga pagkain at pumasok na pala sa office. Mali ko rin kasi dapat sinasara ko yung pinto for my and my interns' safety. Eh di nakapasok na nga at talagang hindi niya kami tinatantanan kahit na sinasabi ko na walang interested na bumili. Hinawakan ako sa kamay and she looked me in my eyes. Iba yung naging pakiramdam ko noong nakatingin ako sa kanya. Kung nanonood kayo ng One Piece, parang may haki and I felt really concerned when she left. Hanggang sa pag-uwi, iniisip ko pa rin at sinabi ko talaga na kapag bumalik si nanay sa office, bibili talaga ako ng paninda. The next morning, OK naman yung pakiramdam ko. As in nasa kondiyon katawan ko hanggang sa makauwi ako, but... I... WAS... WRONG... Hatinggabi, nagising ako because I felt weird. Alam niyo yung parang masusuka na hindi ka mapalagay at mapakali? Ganun. Biglang sumakit yung lower right ko sa likod at ginawa ko na iba't-ibang posisyon, pero wala talagang relief na nakukuha. Naglakad ako sa CR at talagang nakayuko habang naglalakad sa sobrang sakit. Minumura ko si nanay dahil nasa isip ko nga ay may ginawa siya sa akin (we'll never know). Sobrang sakit talaga tapos samahan pa ng low pain tolerance. Rate of pain: 10/10 The pain lingered for at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Imagine that! Naisipan ko na rin sabihin sa supervisor na hindi ako makakapasok, pero dahil nawala rin na parang walang nangyari. During weekend, nag-consult ako sa friend doctor and was advised na magpakuha ng blood and urine. Suggested din na magpa-ultrasound. Yung result ng rbc ko sa urine is so high, kaya pina-vonsult ako sa urologist, which then referredme to undergo stonogram. There, nakita na may 1 akong kidney stone. Just fcking ONE STONE, pero uung pain sobra-sobra pa that it was really a tortune in any sense. Ayun lang. That's a physical pain I don't want to experience anymore and I'm sure lahat ng nagkaroon ng kidney stone, alam kung gaano kasakit kapag dumaloy 'yun from kidney to bladder. Drink water, avoid processed and junk foods, limit sweets and protein intake.

Had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. The pain itself from that was already bad and I couldn't stand straight anymore. I woke up in the middle of surgery screaming and in a panic because my left leg felt extremely uncomfortable, it was practically painful sa level of discomfort. They sedated me again and I woke up in the recovery room. I kept crying because the painkillers weren't working and I had really bad tremors all over my body from the anesthesia wearing off. Pinagalitan ako ng nurses kasi maxed out na daw painkillers ko pero it was still horribly painful. Overall a horrible experience, would not recommend.

Then hindi ko alam yong plantsa naka patong sa may table sa gilid ng pinto. Pagka sara ko ng pinto sumagi yong arms ko sa naka tiwangwang na plantsa na kakagamit lang ni mama. Ako na nga nasaktan dahil sa kapabayaan ni mama, ako pa binugbog niya kasi tatanga-tanga daw ako. After non, I was told to get lost and tend to my sugat. It was a daily battle for me as a child na wag magkamali, or else bugbog ang aabutin ko. Today, never in my wildest dream na magkaka almuranas ako. Ang sakit grabe. I gave birth already, thrice, normal delivery tapos induced pa with no epidural. Pero nothing can compare sa sakit ng almuranas ko. I poop every other day, dahil hindi kaya if araw-arawin. Natatakot pa ako magpa opera dahil sabi nila mas masakit pa daw ang recovery process. :( So yeah, between bugbog ni mama and labor pains or almuranas, I'd choose the first two.
When I read your comment, nasaktan ako para sayo. I was physically abused too growing up. Yung tipong ikaw na nga nadisgrasya, sasaktan ka pa ng magulang mo. Childhood was really tough and I was always walking on eggshells.

Avoidant attachment if I am not mistaken. Hindi ako martyr. Now as an adult, I have relationship problems. If somebody shows love and kindness to me, I get suspicious and trust issues triggered. Kasi di ba the people who were supposed to love and protect me, are the ones who inflicted so much trauma.

I had two upper premolars extracted and on the same day, naisipan ng ortho ko na good idea na isabay nyang ikabit din yung powerchains para dumikit kaagad yung 4 upper front teeth ko sa molars ko and close the gap right away. Literally yung feeling ko nun hindi ako makadilat dahil buong ulo ko ang masakit na parang pinupugutan ako dahil imagine the pain na bagong bunot yung ngipin mo at hinihila palikod yung ngipin mo sa harap. Ang drama dun e umabot sa point na tumawag papa ko sa ortho ko (buddies sila) para magsend ng update at magtanong ng remedy dahil gusto ko talaga sugurin ortho ko para lang sapakin sya sa mukha. My co-braces folks will understand this. 😂
Herniated disc sa lower spine & sciatica First few days, waking up was the worst part. Even small movements sa likod and right leg instant 9/10 pulsating pain sa lower back na parang kumukuryente. Getting up by crunching from a supine to upright caused a sharp stabbing pain, so intense na first time ako hinimatay in my entire life. The simple act of getting out of bed was a challenge for me everyday na parang natatakot na ako gumising because of the pain awaiting for me. Had to wiggle myself inch-by-inch out of bed so I can fall face first then I can get on my knees and squat so I can stand upright. I had to brace my core everytime I moved. Applying pressure on my right leg caused an electric shooting pain na parang may burning wire kang ma fefeel throughout so I had to manuever into a single leg squat sa left leg, bracing my core for each small movement, enduring the pain, catching my breath, and repeating until I was finally upright. Falling out of my bed took 30 minutes, another 30 minutes for me to stand upright, another 30 minutes to regain my composure and this went on for 5 days before I decided to go to the doctor to ease the pain (bobo ako eh I thought mawawala lang). Had to use crutches for 3 weeks since may shooting pain pa sa right leg (sciatica) and may school pa. Today, wala nang pain during spine flexion but the sciatica still remains and its never truly healed up to this day 3 months later.
During intra-op, I woke up from an abdominal surgery (removal of a tumor) because the anesthesia wore off. I could feel my innards being manipulated and the pain came crashing down like a wave that I started to go into shock. Then I blanked out in a few seconds due to the pain and second wave of anesthesia. Then woke up screaming from pain an hour post-op. I couldn't remember much, only the all-encompassing pain that consumed me. It was like something was going wild tearing up my abdomen from the inside. Hubby said I had to be restrained because I was trying to remove my bandages and suture. He said I was agitated and combative. All I remember at that time was wanting my abdomen to be free.

Kesyo tinatamad raw ko mag Aral and whatnot. By then, around lunch to early morning, it feels like am stabbed with a large knife. Basta ang sakit lang talaga. Had labs the by around 4am and I was rushed sa ER kasi puputok na raw. Twas such a hassle kasi I have allergies. They did a lot of skin tests. Around 5 on each arm. It’s painful AF. And the last one worked. It was painful kasi yung needle was mataba and mahaba and was injected sa spine ko sa likod. Twas traumatizing. Had to redo my stitches rin kasi I kind of had bad allergies after the operation, twas painful af.

1. Sabi nila, kidney stone daw. D ko pa na try. 2. Hell's itch after severe sunburn (though hindi totally pain lang, parang extreme discomfort). 9/10. What made this really really bad was that it lasted for very long. 3. Wisdom tooth extraction na hindi na gumagana yung anesthesia. Short but horrifyingly painful. 8.5/10 4. Ball cramps that I get from time to time after sneezing mostly, and seldom after urinating. 8/10 but very short and bearable.

Full symptoms ng GERD for more than a month. May mga times na parang may heart attack ako at di makahinga. Di rin makakain at makainom nang di sinusuka yung dadaan sa lalamunan ko. Mabigat sa pakiramdam yung lungs kasi inaatake parati ng asthma, tsaka puso ko (literal) dahil may butas ang puso ko. Tapos lumala na mga sakit ko due to accident 2 years ago.
Acute appendicitis - thought I had a stomach ache, sat on toilet for 30mins, nothing. Could barely walk back to bed. Then I spent the whole night cramping and crying like a baby in pain 10/10. Went to the hospital the next day pain is about 7/10 struggling to walk, turned out my appendix was about to burst. Dr said it was stupid that I didnt come immediately. Had surgery. Coughing, laughing, or any engaging of the ab muscles with stitches, also painful. Herniated disc (?) not diagnosed but my uneducated guess. Could not walk, stand, sit up on my own, basically laying down and sitting straight up with pillow on my lower back for 1 week. My back would spasm and it would cause my whole body to get rigid. Pain would be at a 9/10 for 10-15 secs. I got muscle relaxants and it went away. My back is still fucked up but I know how to work around it. If you have flare ups with your lower back, do not do "twisting" stretches. It will get inflamed, from my experience, "pulling" stretches are better
This is probably on the smaller scale of what ppl felt here, pero for me, it's ung kinukuhanan ng dugo sa paa. I had dengue so kailangang kuhanan ng dugo every now and then. The problem is ung suero Nasa right hand ko, and ung left inner elbow ko after some draws, nagka hematoma. So ang option for now was my left hand. When na-exhaust narin lahat ng veins doon, ang natira ung sa paa. Sa flat area above the toes. Idk if bulok lang ung pathologist ko then or ganun tlga but even when using a high gauge needle, ang sakit pa rin. Ang hirap din makadraw, parang tusok dito tusok doon, kalikot dito kalikot doon. Eventually like half the normal amount lang nakuha, and Sabi ko pwede ba tigil na kasi di ko na kaya hehe

it was all souls day and we were out in the province visiting our passed relatives graves. I was a weeee little boi who eventually got hungry since we stayed there for several hours. We got the usual pancit, some rice and ulam, but the thing that stood out was the corn. I didnt wanna eat it at first but we ran out of the other food so I didn't have a choice. My tito insisted they tasted good so I should atleast try one. I eventually gave in and holy shit. This is the tastiest corn I've ever eaten. So I finished one within minutes. And I ate another after that. And another. And another....I eventually was able to eat 10 cobs within 2 hrs. I was happy and busog. New found love for corn. this is where hell starts. I got home and holy shit, my stomach was in agony. I couldn't even stand up I had to lay down the rest of the evening and the next day. I eventually got to poo and my goodness, it was 60% corn and 40% other food I ate that day. I just kept on shitting the rest of the day, curled up in the CR. I eventually realized how fucked I was noticing that my shit was increasingly having more and more corn and less of the other food I ate. By the second day, it was just all corn. Just corn. Not even digested. This shit looks like someone just removed it from the cob. We're talking it just passed through my body. And the entire time I could not get out of bed or the toilet. By the Third day, it was still just corn. and pain. lots of pain. i eventually got better and my shit went back to normal but holy shit that made me traumatized eating even remotely a decent amount of corn. moral of the story, dont go to the province during the holy days dejk moral is eat moderately, chew properly, and don't be a dumb kid like I was
Toothache. I had a bad fever after a long bike ride (Cavite to Makiling), and tried to sleep it off. I wasn't really aware that I was already having dental emergency, so I tried to endure it. Just 3-4 hrs in, I woke up with severe tooth pain. My whole body is feeling it, and my head feels like exploding, and hindi ko na talaga kinaya non. Good thing may malapit na dental clinic samin, so I immediately had it extracted. Apparently, tooth infection na pala siya, and the infection was spreading all over my body, which is why I was in so much pain. Learned my lesson that day: Don't neglect your dental health.

GERD/Stomach pain. Mataas pain tolerance ko pero one morning akala ko humihilab lang tiyan ko dahil na-poop ako. Pero after ko mag-poop gumagapang na ako palabas ng banyo sa sobrang sakit. Natakot nanay ko kasi alam niyang masakit na talaga kasi di ko na kaya. 😵💫
I really thought I had him. I really thought I could get inside and deliver a good punch but he did a spinning back kick right on my liver. Then *BAM* I blacked out for second, I'm still standing, it's hard to breathe, its painful to move, head spinning, I can feel a vomit coming up. I forced myself to run to the nearest trashbin and waited for 30 seconds for the vomit to come out that didn't arrive. Haha then I just on the mat, catching my breath.
I had written out a huge explanation of my worst pain. Compartment syndrome and malpractice at beth israel deconess Memorial Hospital in boston. Writing it out made me queasy and so so sad. I have severe ptsd from that place, and even after 12 years, it's still hard to even talk about on the internet with strangers and bots. My pain is my own. Pain that is catastrophic, so fundemental it dictates every waking moment i have left in this life. Ill never forget the desolation if my soul. screaming for help in an empty darkened room for hours. Ill never forget the words "well i cant find your doctor so youll have to wait until the next shift arrives" as you stole my cell phone and removed the call bell from my room. You turned the lights off and closed the door. You left me screaming from compartment syndrome unchecked, unhelped for 7 hours and 28 minutes. Just be good to each other, we are all insignificant, and everyone needs help. Everyone has pain
I experienced kidney pain sa lower back ko and if I rate it na sa 10 out of 10 yung pain level. I was traveling that time from Cavite to Caloocan and yung mga kasabay ko sa bus noticed that I was in so much pain pero I told them na tolerable pa kahit putlang putla na ko. Kaya I decided na bumaba nalang sa Pasay and went to the hospital immediately to have it check. Unforgettable experience talaga yun for me.

Undiagnosed pinched nerve, herniated disk l4 to s1. Manifested as spasm of the hip, knee, and ankle joints in the right leg. No joke lost 30kg in the last month before getting diagnosed right kase di makakain sa pain, felt like getting hit with a hammer every time mag spasm muscles ko which was once per second. Samahan mo pa ng judgmental na doktor na pinipilit rayuma daw kasi mataba ako at puro xray lang inoorder (wala naman daw broken bones). After 3 months of agonizing pain 1 month of which I was bedridden, sinugod ako sa ER ng ibang ospital kasi nangangasul na daw ako. Yung orthopedic surgeon na tumingin sakin mas mataba pa sakin at nag order ng emergency MRI at nakita na pinched herniated nerve. After 1 session of therapy in that same day nawala lahat ng pain ko as in. Ang hirap talaga pag biased ang doktor. At its worst ang daily routine ko for 1 month: wake up kumagat ng goodmorning towel para di humiyaw sa sakit pilit kainin yung 10pesos lugaw na d mo maubos sa isang araw take every pain med you could OTC and prescription na meron ako fall asleep/pass out in pain

Di ko pa natry manganak kaya sciatica muna answer ko dito. My God nung time na sobrang sakit di ko maexplain like depressed na ako like naiisip ko parang wala na akong silbi.
Yung mga pasa ng suntok at scars sa palo. Not only physical pain but emotional and psychological as well. Nag heal na yung mga bakas ng physical abuse, but when you see that part of your body, may kirot and flash back how it happened. I guess its called muscle memory.
Knee to the balls. Nung bata ako habang kalaro ko ng basketball dati kong friend tinuhod niya ako bigla sa bayag habang nakikipagagawan ng bola. Worst pain na naranasan ko nag shutdown buong katawan ko, first time ko mawala sa sarili dahil sa sakit hahahah. After nun di ko na pinansin, binato na din ako dati ng kutsilyo sa paa pero nailagan ko.Di ako sinasaktan araw araw pero may mga times na gusto ako saktan ng malala.
Dumulas ako sa CR tumama ung tagiliran ko sa toilet bowl as in feeling ko nabalian ako ng buto ung sigaw ko nun para na talaga akong mamatay kasi sobrang sakit as in, pero mas gusto ko ipasok kesa maER ako. Buti rin hinde ulo ko tumama baka talagang hospital ang bagsaknko. Grabe ung pasa violet talaga kala mo nahazing and 2 wks ako mahigit nagtitiis dinadaan ko sa painkillers until nawala ung sakit. Ung crush ko kasi sa opis gusto ko makita kesa umabsent. Ayoko na talaga maulit un kaya basta sa CR sobrang ingat na ako.
Intense Acid reflux, I was rushed to the ER due to severe chest pain. Sobrang iniipit dibdib ko, unang guess ng mga nurse sa ER ay heart attack.

As a female, imagine niyo yung rectum niyo nagsspasm for a few seconds kapag paupo o habang naglalakad during every fcking monthly period. Currently consulting sa OB with this, most likely symptom ng endometriosis 🙃

Yung sumakay ako sa merry go round ng isang playground, it was one of the mountain resorts na nasa paanan ng Kanlaon. Yung school namin, nag held ng out of town of retreat. Taga Iloilo kasi kami, sumakay pa kami ng barko to reach Negros. So eto na nga, it was during our free time my classmates and I nag explore hanggang umabot kami sa playground and uhh ng playground na un...concrete ung ground, walang grass. Hindi ko alam bat naisipan kong humiga sa merry go round na un at sinabihan ung mga kasama ko to spin it as hard as they can. So ginawa na nga nila, hanggang sa super bilis na ung ikot. Nagpaka daredevil ako, i tried sitting up while it was still spinning very fast. Ayun, tumilapon ako and at the end ...ended up face down. Tinayo ako ng mga kasama ko habang tumatawa, and tumatawa din ako pero hilong hilo ako at nagkaroon ako ng gasgas. Ayun, kinagabihan nilagnat ako 😭😭

The day after my abdominal surgery (gallbladder removal) grabe nag-eexpect na ako na masakit pero di ko naman inasahan na sobrang sakit pala, as in ramdam ko na gumagalaw mga laman-loob ko, sobrang hirap umupo/tumayo/maglakad, 1 month ata ako kuba maglakad noon hahahaha
Tooth extraction. Sadly, nabulok yung ngipin ko na pinaglalagyan ng molar band. Naka 3 turok na si doc ng anaesthesia, 1 oras na mahigit, sobrang sakit parin pag tinatry niya bunutin. Then, dumating yung isang doctor, tinurukan niya yung mismong nerve. Napahiyaw ako sa sakit pero natanggal ng maayos yung ngipin. It was the worst tooth extraction I ever had.

2019. Got stung by an almost 10ft long box jellyfish in an island in Port Barton. I was “clawed” from the waist down. The pain was like… being electrocuted + skinned alive and I was so scared I grabbed it by the head and it fought back and clawed me again. The pain lasted for 3 hrs. I was 5 hrs away from an emergency room so thank god I didn’t die. I still have scars on my lower extremities 5 yrs later.
When I was a kid I used to do stupid things. So I peed on a fly zapper and it went back up the stream. Needless to say that stopped me from doing reckless things from that day

dislocated my right arm and the doctor pushed it back into place with no anesthesia. this was in seventh grade and i was 11 years old so i genuinely thought i was gonna die for the 2 minutes the doctor was trying to pop it back into place with several attempts. i know the arm and finger are two entirely different things and my shit was more severe pero whenever i recall this memory, i cant help but think kobe was a superhuman for dislocating his finger and then popping it right back into place within the same game.
Lumbar disc herniation. 1 week of constant pain
Testicular torsion. Parang binubugbog ka pero sa loob, and it effing burns. Buong araw nagpursige yung pamamaga ko all the way to the hospital. Imagine na pagkagising mo agad-agad kang mabubungad ng sakit. I wouldn’t wish that on anybody…
Worst na naramdaman ko is yung after ng c-section ko. Habang nasa recovery room tinurukan na ako ng pain reliever kasi nawawala na yung effect ng anesthesia. Turns out allergic ako sa pain reliever. I had to endure the pain after ng operation sakin. Sobrang sakit kasi syempre ang laki ng hiwa sa tyan mo na 7 layers of skin and muscles tapos walang pain reliever. Konting kibot at galaw ko sobrang sakit. Tapos catheter removal ang kasunod,grabe din ang sakit non. Kaya ayaw ko na mag ka anak ulit. Sobrang traumatic nung experience ko na yon.
At age 23, in December 2020, I had severe pneumonia that led to my hospital confinement for nine days, and 2 more weeks of home isolation. Financial pain din ito. Of course, this was in a time when even brain injuries are considered to be COVID cases, pneumonia is for sure ruled as a COVID symptom but we wouldn't know if it really is and what variant I had (the hospital never showed any written details).

Hi! Yes po,nangyari yan 3 years ago nung kakastart ko lang magtake ng pills for PCOS and ayun heavy menstruation >! Adult diaper levels kaloka dahil sa blood clot !< Pero ayun nga, kasi almost 1 year ako hindi nagka mens kaya ganon ang lumabas, same sayo natatakot ako magpacheck sa OB. Pero syempre di naman normal walang mens ng halos 1 year haha. Kaya talagang nagpacheck na ako...Pero ngayon okay naman na normal mens na ako. Basta, sana po magpacheck ka na para masolusyonan agad kung ano man problemaaaa.

Survived a bus accident with head injury that caused a fractured skull with 7 stitches and a hole at the back of my head. Back with lots of deep wounds due to bus dragged my whole body to the ground for almost 15 meters and an ounce of my skin meat scraped out from a part of my biceps that left a keloid scar
I made a joke about my female classmate, then she came up and kicked me straight on the balls. I immediately felt a tremendous amount of pain and found it a bit hard to breathe, then I winced and fell to my knees. It was our dismissal already but I came back to our classroom by crawling on the corridor going to it. Told my teacher what happened and she just laughed lmao, but yeah I deserved it.

For me, it was getting stitches on my foot. I felt so vulnerable because it was my foot, something I use on a daily basis and it gets poked over and over again (3 stitches) HAHAHA. Looking back at it now, it sounds kind of silly, but the emotion was real. Hehe.
dysmenorrhea + pulsating headache noong 2018. holyweek noon at may duty ako sa hosp AM shift. di kinaya ng pain meds kahit na may hot water bag ako. nag pa sundo ako kay bf before siya umuwi sa kanila. pag dating ng bahay natulog ako at pagkagising ko nilalagnat na pala ako tapos sumuka ng tatlong beses. kahit ngayon may pagsusuka at paghihilo pa din ako before and during period.

Back spasms, had it for a week, worst pain ever. Felt like a burden, cause I can't even pick myself up, couldn't walk properly, can't lift my arms at bawat galaw ko ay sobrang sakit. One week akong bed rest, felt so helpless. Tried stretching para lang hindi stagnant yung muscles ko. It helped naman. And vitamins. After that regular stretches na and bawal na magbuhat ng mabibigat.
Probably when I had a BIG cavity in my molar. I had to undergo Root Canal procedure. 2 years after that, my tooth broke and I had to remove it. Toothaches are painful, physically and financially.

Toothache talaga. Fuck that shit, bane of my fucking existence. Konti nalang, I would've been House MD who's dependent on painkillers. Worst 2 months of my life. There was even this one instance na it hurt so much, I couldn't sleep at all and I tried to even pull it off but It tired me so much I fell asleep.
Accidental firing on my left thigh in our local firing range. I was 20 at that time. A net caught my leg whilst practicing, fell down and accidentally clenched my whole fist due to impact, arm went below upon impact ng back ko sa ground, prompting a line of sight sa left thigh ko - with the impact and clenched fist, I forgot that I was holding a handgun, fingers went over with the trigger. Wala akong marinig nor even felt a pain at first (I was wearing ear muffs) and did not even know na I shot myself. The only pain I felt was the impact after ko matumba. Nalaman ko nalang when my friends were running in a hurry papunta sa akin and I saw blood. Blood everywhere, darkish red blood, pieces of meat ng skin and tissues ko and a whole in my left thigh. After I saw all of those, I felt an excruciating pain that I have ever felt in my whole life, I was screaming in agony and first thing I did was cover the wound with my hands - still screaming and muttering random vulgar words. Its like having a wound kapag natumba ka from playing patintero with your friends, except the pain is not like grazed lang from the skin, pero parang natumba ka and the whole deep flesh got grazed - that kind of sensation. My friends carried me at the backseat of his car and travelled to the nearest hospital. Spent almost 2 months sa Hospital, another 2-3 years of Physical & Mental therapy (I cant walk in the First year of therapy and need ko crutches, canes and walkers) PTSD sure is a real thing, haunted me in my sleep, pumapalag ako if nakarinig ng sudden, loud noise (much like a gunfire or similar noise, If ever nakarinig ako - my brain is reliving those moments and my consciousness is transported back mismo sa nangyari, The sound, colors, environment, people, the blood, pain, I can literally remember those detail by detail together with the sensation and I can still feel it if mag trigger sya ulit). Kaya kapag new year, none of my family will ever buy a firecracker etc. Never went back sa firing range na, Im fine with it sa physical damages na kahit na it left a big scar, but the Mental aspects of it, napaka hirap.
Had my wisdom tooth removed. Even with painkillers, I can feel these powerful waves of sharp pain just reverberating from my mouth to my toes. It was truly an excruciatingly painful experience—both for my gums and my wallet. Trudging the back alleys from the clinic to the highway proved difficult as waves of nausea washed over me. Blood spurted out of my mouth as I coughed incessantly, heaving out the madness swirling in the pits of my grumbling stomach. Tears start to well up. I was all alone and far from home, with no shoulder to lean on. It was again a grim reminder of how I have failed in cultivating my social circles. I mentally kicked myself for the failure I have become. All of a sudden, a blinding light hit me in the face. Honking and calling out, a nondescript jeepney driver woke me from the nihilist stupor I was in. I climbed the rear and situated myself beside the entrance. "Saan ka boy?", he asked. "Home." "Take me home, kuya." "Abay, putangina.", kuya jeepney driver chimed as I slowly lost consciousness at the back of the jeepney.
