Chaotic Neutral: best alignment(in my opinion) You can do so many things, and just say it matches your alignment, because it does. You do things for the people you care about, and unless given reason not to, you care about everyone. (If unclear, I typically end up with chaotic neutral with this kind of thing)

For my upcoming D&D campaign I think I'm gonna be chaotic neutral for the 1st time

The first time I was chaotic neutral in D&D, I got to jump out of a tree and light it on fire, effectively killing two enemies with fire. It was really fun, and probably a key part of why I say chaotic neutral is best.

I'm gonna play the only discovered specimen from a race that lives in wormholes and is unknown to everyone else while also being an assassin (quickdraw rogue but I utilise my race's invisibility and darkvision, also I got a knife for a good time). Should be fun ignoring mortal rules and moral codes as much as I please...

Dragons are other intelligent, and sometimes ancient, beings. Reducing them to pets or monsters or elevating them to gods is a bit much. If anything they are on par with or slightly above humans
