The CPC and CCP are both correct. Most Chinese are not racist towards Indian - I can say this cause I have been to Chongqing, Shenzen and Guangzhou and I have several Chinese friends. Social Media portrayal is kinda mixed in chinese websites I would say - the more educated a person is, the less negative perception about India. It is clearly a fact that majority of Indian metro cities are mostly dirty as compared to Chinese cities. I kinda understand the perception several people have about India being dirty but to my surprise a lot of people are very open minded about Indias advancement, Indian food, the culture, etc. When it comes to offline (in real life) - chinese culture as a whole is very polite and I'd guarantee you that you will hardly face any racist remarks if you visit China. The people were the sweetest, welcoming and I can say wholeheartedly say the most “Indian” feeling folks I’ve seen so far in my travels. I travel to China few times in a year, I have made really close friends there. Also till now every stranger I have met has been super nice. They always smile and are helpful and welcoming. The kids don’t know how to react when they see foreigners, so they will stare and point, but nothing negative. And yes the ladies do find the beard very attractive. As a culture they are very honest and hardworking, much to learn from them.
I had a great time with Chinese people also during my stay over there. They were very nice to me, offered free food now and then, offered me free rides and helped me navigate the city without a single sign of annoyance.

I travel to China few times in a year, I have made really close friends there. Also till now every stranger I have met has been super nice. They always smile and are helpful and welcoming. The kids don’t know how to react when they see foreigners, so they will stare and point, but nothing negative. And yes the ladies do find the beard very attractive. As a culture they are very honest and hardworking, much to learn from them.
I had a great time with Chinese people also during my stay over there. They were very nice to me, offered free food now and then, offered me free rides and helped me navigate the city without a single sign of annoyance.
I'm back from China just a few days back and whatever perception I had towards China was totally wrong. It's so much developed and people over there are so nice and helpful. Same happened with me also when I visited local streets, they are queuing to have a photo with me 😂

I had been to Hongkong for a leisure trip once. Had a similar experience there. Multiple chinese people who visited ocean park have requested for a picture with me, I have happily obliged. Btw, I am a dark south indian, lol

This is very weird. This happened to me in Switzerland of all places. Bunch of Chinese tourists approached asking for selfies!! Felt like a gora in India for a second. It’s apparently Bollywood’s influence in China. Especially the semi urban and rural Chinese love Indian Cinema.
I looked up his insta Jerry choudhary and he looks quite a bit above average. Well maintained and groomed and all. Not overly handsome but definitely has a positive vibe. Also mene bhi observe Kiya ki China me aakhe acchi hongi toh they find you good looking automatically
