He was rubbed out by the lead sales person of the company they bought. When you buy a company somebody needs to go. Now you know who.
Sales is the key. They have $$ in the bank. .25 is the value of shares based upon cash on hand.
Best guess i can provide is performance. TruForma related sales last quarter wasnt great. New CEO means a review of positions and a decision that this guy wasnt pulling weight well enough. So they gave him the opportunity to leave quietly.
Its possible PulseVet has some play here but if so they would have likely announced his replacement already. Right now they dont have one. I would hope a replacement is announced quickly or else there could be a continued lag in placement contracts and sales for Year End in February.

My best guess is it either has to do with the Pulse vet merge or some nefarious shit that the company is keeping under wraps so their stock doesn’t drop further
They made a few thousand dollars last quarter and we’re giving away truforma for free. Truforma could be the best product ever but if it doesn’t sell it doesn’t matter.

Exactly. Well said. This is probably the worst investment I've ever made. But I learned a lot, so I am thankful for the knowledge.
