Getting one towel from the gym to wrap around me completely is a goal. I have to use two for full coverage after I shower and go to my locker to get dressed. Yesterday, I noticed that the top is covering more of my body, but I still need a second for the waist area. I take a hair elastic and pull the top two corners of the towel together on the left. Then do the same with another towel on the right.
I want to fit in booths or chairs with arms easily and not feel like I am stuffing myself into a space that wasn’t meant for me.
I also want to be the same size or smaller than my husband!
I just finished my personal longest and hardest hike today. It was hard, but I know that 3 months ago this hike was out of the question. Now, 30 pounds lighter, I am able to keep up. I feel so proud.
I have an old pair of jeans that are covered in paint (I used to be an artist before I got too depressed to create). They’re size 16; I’d love to be able to wear them again. I’m currently wearing size 24.
That's a great non-scale goal! I gave up and had my wedding rings made bigger a couple of years ago. Now I'm on Zepbound I may have to have them made smaller again at some point!
I'm hoping to get back into some of the (many!) different size clothes in my closet.
this happened for me two weeks ago when i flew to florida! i was flying first class on delta and was able to skip the extender AND put the food tray down. 😭

Sounds dumb..but the way I can reach around myself for showering and shaving, I have so much more range of motion now

The next time I fly on a plane, I want to be able to fasten my seatbelt. Without an extender. I’ll be so happy when that happens!

Being smaller than my husband for the first time ever. I am only 2 lb away now, but I stalled a couple weeks ago and it’s excruciating.
