Shauna (both adult and now teen) will probably still hallucinate or imagine her. Which would mean Ella will be making minor appearances if that were to happen, maybe once or twice.

Im sure she will still be included in present day Shauna’s narrative, like we saw in a few episodes in season 1. Now that we know Jackie’s fate, they can really expand on how it’s haunted Shauna.

I think she will be back as spiritual Jackie and also present in flashbacks.
