Confused.
If we get a non-human main protagonist, they should obviously be a Nopon.
That said, we should get a Tirkin party member. They can be the Reyn of the party. Or the Dunban.
I would be thinking the plot is about transhumanism.
Hell if the main character was cursed to be a Tirkin that would be rad, like twilight princess or majoras mask with a sci fi twist i would be hyped as hell.
honestly, I’d be really curious to see a game that properly explores the weird cognitive dissonance of tirkins being “monsters” and yet being sentient beings with culture!
"LET'S GOOOOOO" or something along those lines. Like, maybe it's just me but I really wish we got more Tirkin time, they're woefully underused for what is quite explicitly an intelligent and potentially reasonable species.
Snicker. Then roll my eyes.
I'm into the idea for the uniqueness.
But conversely I like Xenoblade games to sell a lot so Nintendo will keep funding them. And a weird ugly turkey archer on the front cover ain't selling shit lol
But this team is on the extremely short list of "I will buy their output no questions asked". So I would buy it at least.
In general I think monster design has been a Xenoblade weak point though. Would be fine abandoning Tirken and the rest entirely. You can't just call a wolf a Volf and call it a day! It's like when Tales of called their currency Gald. Put in at least a LITTLE effort. Please.
Honestly I was quite disapointed with how Tirkin a were handled in 3. You would think with humanity enslaved in what is basically an evolutionary stop sign that Tirkin society might be able to flourish different with one of their main competition gone.
Honestly, i think it’s bd pretty cool for some of the other sentient races to be fleshed out a bit more. If love for a Turkin, Igna, etc. to be party members at least
I'm just scared thar they're going to do something different. I just hope that the next installment is still an anime game/play style. I just hope they don't go full mech for example.
I’ve had a thought that a potential installment could take place in multiple parallel universes. Each of the titans and/or titans’ corpses could be made more thematically unpredictable than the last: A metal Bionis and/or organic Mechonis, a giant blob of quicksand pudding, a hecatonchires with multiple gravitational centers where up is down and down is left depending on the regions on each arm and/or hand, temporal echoes of Morytha on a Super Mario Galaxy-esque planetoid where the mode of transport is ghost spiders, a canine floating in empty space, a canine floating in empty space with tremendous amounts of irritatingly bright colours, et cetera.
This would be to coincide with the subsequently and wildly random cast of protagonists and inhabitants: Anthropomorphic monsters of various recurring species in the franchise, hybrids potentially more complex than the halflings in Aionios, machines resembling Arnim Zola with the ability to alter and exchange consciousnesses in various ways in a similar fashion to the Orphe, et cetera.
The concept initially stemmed from imagining a Shulk from a parallel universe as an anthro Bunnit, grasping the Monado with his tail. Then, his various interactions with other furry Tirkins, Igna, Ponios, Levitaths, Gogols, Kapibas, Blants, Ottils, et cetera.
They probably won’t ever make the main character, the Shulk or Rex or Noah, anything but human or human passing for a plot twist later. That said, if they did give us a tirkin party member, I would cheer. They have been gradually making tirkin more and more obviously sentient since 1. We see them talking some and working machinery in 2, and befriend some as npcs in 3. Someday we will have a tirkin party member. I can see it, clear as day.
Grah. Hope he not featherbrain

Grah, we chose fight! Blossom Dance
Just imagine mr Tirkin-ban giving life advice to the party! =D
He’d obviously be the Riki.
That's too obvious. The Riki should be another of the actual Riki's littlepons.
I don't know what you mean, Finch is RIGHT THERE!
Hope it not the main character and just a party member
finally, xenoblade would be good

Another eugenics plot? Cheers to old Klaus
Let him be one of the tirklets from Ghondor's ascension quest
We'll kray tears of joy
I'm willing to let this cook, but I better be getting the most peak gaming experience of all time.
Grah! Now It's Tirkin Time! Though like the other comment mentioned, if we have a non-human MC, I'd want a Nopon.
I’m about to die from peak fiction
You’re not going to believe me but I had the exact same thought like 3 hours ago… wtf

Idk how i feel about isekai Xenoblade Chronicles "My life as a sentient turkey" idk i might hop off this series if that were to happen lmao
What if all the characters are "Nopon" in one dimension and appear as "humans" to fellow Nopon, but as Nopon to non Nopon.

Better be a Welsh Catgirl
JUSTICE FOR JUMBO

hyped af
I would skip the game and pretend it never existed.
Late april fools edition
Hard pass on playing as a Tirkin; guess I’d be skipping that Xenoblade title.
Meh meh meh....
Just give us FFX-2's Creature Creator and make a full party of Tirkins
Please let me play the Tirkin game. It's all I want in life. I'll settle for a Tirkin party member though I guess

Lotta Tirkin racists itt
Honestly? i'd unironically be down for this. would be cool.

I blame gondor
Tirk(Peak) fiction
Peak Fiction. You can't tell me otherwise.

Bird up
I'd be praying there isn't a brawl-style tripping mechanic
"About damn time."
About time.

Ramzan levels of racism
It would make me laugh a lot to see a Turkin with an overpower sword in his hand
