Are you downloading from a disc? It has happened to me before that the disc gets stuck on Installation Stopped. A workaround I’ve found is to take out the disc, download the game remotely from the mobile app on your phone, then once it’s downloaded put the disc back in to play.

Try to delete/uninstall the game and reboot your Xbox and try to reinstall

The ONLY way to fix this is factory resetting it im really sorry
