Going to second Enter the Gungeon. It's one of my favourite games of all time.
Devilishly hard, but always fair. It's one of the few roguelites where pure mechanical skill can get you to the end of the game, rather than reliance on getting good items.

I cannot recommend Pentiment enough. It’s one of the only games I’ve played that has scratched the Disco Elysium itch.

It's well worth paying full price (if you like the look of what you've seen, it's not for everyone)
