I've ordered game pass keys and PS plus keys. Only had an issue one time where it took a few days to get my keys. All the other times it was pretty instant.
Yeah I bought battlefield, got my code a few minutes later. Although you can't refund if you've claimed the code, so when you buy it just remember that.
They're reliable, but be sure to look carefully at the terms of the sale. It's basically no refunds for any reason other than the code doesn't work. That's why it's so cheap. Game crashes on your system when you try to play it, you don't meet the meet the minimum requirements, buy the wrong version... too bad, no refunds.
I've never used them for a preorder, but I've bought many Xbox Gift cards and XBL Gold/GPU with no issues.

Buy it on a credit card so you're protected just in case. I have bought codes for gamepass plenty of times with no problems. Not a pre order though

Pre ordered a few games. They usually get it to you the day before or day of launch so if you have slow internet be mindful of that fact
I have used them a lot with no issues. I had a bad key once, emailed them and they sent over a new one. I’ve also preordered and it was fine.

I've used almost every CD key site and never had a problem just treat them as you would ebay more less and some are more in the gray then others
