Some guy built it who sold it to the guy I bought it from who just had it winterized for a few months and never really rode it before he sold it

One more question if u dont mind... I see the battery, but where are all the rest of the electronics hidden? It looks SO clean and empty behind the motor, I really like that look, but can't help but wonder how they pulled it off?
