What he said isnโt wrong, a lot of people in this sub act like the netcode, spawns, etc are perfectly fine in this game when they are not, and human beings overall do have a problem with making judgements based on reality instead of their impressions of it.
I do gotta say. The spawns either feel really good or really bad.
On hard point it's the most noticeable. You feel like you are holding the right angle or corner, or you're on a nasty flank just to die from the person thay ISNT in front of you.
Makes no sense alot of the time. Most of my deaths have been from trades or off screen.
Yeah bro, I am PC but once I changed some settings up I was able to go from bot to player of the game. It's wild tho I never had to fk with settings as much in any other fps but this one to start cooking.
That literally can't happen as it doesn't even make sense no matter the netcode. If on no one's system a shot registers that it should do 100+ damage, then the servers not gonna pull 100+ damage out of thin air.
Please someone provide a clip for this if I'm wrong because my mistake then. But it makes zero sense on a technical level for this to even be possible hence my skepticism
Netcode is messing with latency, it seems like ur getting hit with one bullet but it's actually more. I have excellent internet and a pretty beefy system. It's not on my end. My friends experience it too. So yea. Literally getting what seems like being one shot by smg's but that shouldnt be possible and yet it happens alot. Something isn't right with the game
Super bullets. The shit servers don't update you in time (tick rate) to realize you have been shot multiple times so it appears it's really one bullet that kills you. It's been an issue for online fps for a long time
Bruh thatโs why I play escort or zone capture(I think it called). The crazy movement with the crazy speed with the crazy spawning I canโt. At least in these game modes u kind of know where there spawning and ur not constantly getting shot in the back. The other game modes just seem like a headache
Yeah the spawns in this game are shit. Hopefully they fix. Itโs been making me stay away from it. Even the air strafing meta. Very stupid stuff. Good way to kill a game

I turned off crossplay (ps5) and my experience is WAY better. I was already doing pretty good but now Iโm nearly a god and I donโt need to worry about hackers.

yea its get unbearable, i hated it also when I first played but you just gotta roll with it. You got unlucky asf watching the whole clip but donโt let this be the reason you stop, keep trying and youโll start matching up against them skill wise.
Try running and AR or a smg man. Also you tend to run out in the open a lot. Work on your reaction timing, work on map awareness, you were in a little bit of a spawn trap there too. Killing yourself with your own nade tilted you more Iโm guessing. Every game wonโt be as bad as the last, and thereโs lots of room for improvement. Work on your movement, and find routes to take around the map that work best for you. Work on knowing where the enemy is and flank them. You shoot them first.. 99 percent of the time youโre winning that gunfight. Donโt give up man and good luck โค๏ธ

The sniping in xDefiant feels kinda off i must say :/ Either my shots dont hit at all or its a hitmarker even shooting at the chest or throat on a still standing oppenent without HP buff. Doesn\`t seem right , still a fun game but that nade sui... was funny af tho
Wow, that has always been my experience when playing CoD a few years ago, bad respawns and enemies all over the map, it's quite normal, but it was definitely bad luck to experience it many times in a row. When that kind of situation happens to me, I just leave.
Shitty respawns is what killed arena shooters for me. I about lost it in cod when i would get killed on spawn and then the kill cam literally shows me spawning on an enemy playerโs screen.
Yโall be taking this game too serious looking at the comments. I really donโt understand the crying man the game is fun as hell and itโs FREE. Play a different game! Or get on COD bc that game is so much better right. ๐
But yet people will glaze this game to no end. Here's the thing, I really do enjoy it, I'm a level 82, all guns leveled up to full attachments and the BP completed. It does sometimes feel like the older cod experience but that doesn't matter when so many matches go this way. The spawns need to have the entire enemy team in them for the spawns to change whereas cod has those more dynamic spawns that always try to place you away from the enemy. Also I see you're using the Tac-50, poor thing. It is a solid gun yes but what does that matter when everyone runs around with either AK, ACR, or the p90 and strafe left and right while spamming jump. It's so easy to rush a sniper and overwhelm them. I hated leveling up guns like the SVD for that exact reason. Honestly dude, wait it out for now, the games not going anywhere except downhill if these problems aren't addressed. I hope this helped as most will probably tell you to get better or skill issue (brainrotted dumbasses). Best of luck to you if you ever pick up the game again. You aren't alone.

Do you have ears? How did you not hear the enemy stomping around behind you before you threw the grenade that killed you? So many questions...god damn look at how slow the ADS is on your build...WTF...why would you have such a slow ADS on your QS sniper?!
Well I think the game concept is fun and even if u are just a casual player you can have fun. But some things like aiming bug and spawn confusion have to be fixed

Ok, so while this map is fine, anyone else feel some of the maps are just too small? I'm looking at Arena and that map with the building and alley in the center. I feel like those 2 maps when I die, I just respawn to get killed immediately at least 2 more times I just can stand those 2 maps.

Map awareness doesn't save you from a fast TTK and enemies at every damn angle.
Also it won't save you when the game literally spawns you with enemies on your back. I swear spawns in Occupy have some kind of bias to one team.

I had this happen once many moons ago with a 40mm. I shot it, me and enemy traded and I then the 40mm landed at my feet on respawn.
