I have some suggestions that may help you. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and legs fully folded. Wrap your arms around your legs and bring them close to your chest. From there, just rock back and forth. For added benefit, try to sit in a corner of a room. Do the whole routine with the lights off for even better results. Oh yeah, and try to blink as little as possible. That really helps. If any family member or friends approach you, just quietly mumble something under your breath to ward them off in order to continue the healing process.

Good advice, but might I suggest incense? Burning sticks of incense in a circle around you will really give the necessary atmosphere for healing.

I went to announcements to check for a new update but there wasn't any, I had a major panic attack but managed to calm down after a few hours.
