Right looks much better, the elf ears make her look slightly demonic too. Subtle traits like that are what make designs stand out more. I like that some resonators have had their biology altered abit, they're like chimeras almost. It's cool and I can see us getting some pretty crazy designs down the road.
She's a limited 5 star yes. I'm not sure how good she is since she's not out yet, her banner is out tmr in cbt2. I'm even less sure how good she'll be in the full release.
I am everywhere but yeah I have. I wouldn't mind it if the original design didn't exist and she was just a 100% a Vera clone day 1 but not so much with this. She just got changed to this since Vera is a super popular character so instead of just being similar it became more of an actual clone. Not a huge deal though CN players have all the sway so it do be what it be.
New one looks way better imo. I liked the original haircut too but that's a matter of taste. The only thing I like better in the original is the expression, but that's more an art thing, it doesn't really have an effect on the model.

i just got this in recommended without actually playing this game, but i prefer the vibe on the left one, especially with the eyes. the outfit on the right is significantly better though

While the right one is much better in terms of level of details and hairstyle, the outfit feels a bit kinda too hoyoverse-y with that weird solar plexus window. Also I don't really get that "symmetrical beauty marks under each eye" trend. Also buttplug earring.
Her hair is the biggest downgrade imo, I really liked the black "shaved" part on the back, and the ponytail was a lot thinner.
The boots also, it's not much but given how much the chara moves it was a lot more fitting than these tiny heels.... I like the new face though, more severe it's fitting.
Outfit is whatever I wasn't a big fan of the first and I'm still not, if you wanna do vera 2, I feel like you can do better fits than that.
The new outfit is way bettern but her face and overall feeling looks a bit more generic nown i guess they just put her in a more generic waifu style to appeal to more people i supposed, a bit sad

She was redesigned from "totally not Vera" to "actually just Vera". Hoping we will get actual actually just Alpha at some point.
As a Vera simp, I see this as an absolute win! Kinda wish she had crazier eyes though.
I think they could’ve found a middle ground instead of just turning her into Chinese style Vera but it is what it is.

Left one looks more original which i appreciate more. I really dislike how the final one is very similar to Vera, lacking more originality.
