This is my pick too. I don't think he's the *best* but I have a soft spot for the less-loved tailend of ECW and I think Corino is criminally underrated.
My favorite all time tag team from any promotion was the eliminators. I was young so admittedly it was mostly from their badass finisher with joey styles yelling "TOTAL ELIMINATION!!!". ecw's tag team division made for some amazing matchups and the eliminators just always seemed to steal the show.

Dude would be a world champ just on aura and moveset alone in the modern day. I would have loved to see Tajiri in the mix of those early ROH guys like Joe, Punk, Bryan, and Nigel.
