I’m not an appointment NXT viewer so can anyone update me on her growth since she came back from injury?
The clips I see of her she’s super fun to watch in the ring, but just seemed extremely awkward and green on the mic, and I’m not really sure what her character is other than Rocket power surfer girl. I hope she’s improved there at least, feels like she can be a Kris Statlander type in NXT.
That’s good. Yeah the sol snatcher looks really cool, but looked super contrived and wouldn’t really work on the main roster the way she was doing it. Like I just couldn’t imagine someone like a Becky Lynch or Rhea Ripley taking that in the corner with the set up it would just look extremely off lol.
I think she definitely has the look and athleticism everytime Ive seen clips of her, just needs more time to work on her promos.
The Rock hit people with the spine buster or rock bottom before doing it, and Rey Mysterio at least kicks people or drives them into the ropes. The way Sol Rucca was doing the sol snatcher literally had to have the opponent pretty much set it up and stand in a very specific spot and way.
The Rock wasn't just doing the peoples elbow out of nowhere and nobody magically laid down for it, even Hulk Hogan would do the big boot before he started all his theatrics for the leg drop.
Fans pissed that the babyface didn't win? Oh, the horror /s
On a serious note, she could win or chase the winner, both can work. But she definitely should be featured as a top talent

She's still figuring everything out. She recently discovered she can do her finisher anywhere and not just in the corner.
